If I could give negative stars, I would. Horrible pharmacy. Unacceptable level of customer service in more than one occasion and they 100% do not care about their customers.

CVS at target in Auburn does fine with prescriptions but closes for lunch then opens 6 mins after 2:00. Not very professional to close mid day and less professional to reopen 6 mins late while their customers wait in line.

I've been at cvs on combie for years. They used to be great, now they're absolutely worthless. The cvs on bell inside target is AWESOME. Friendly, kind, and they legitimately care.

This pharmacy has caused me so much emotional distress. They always forget my prescriptions and literally every single time I go there I have to explain that I got married and I have a different last name now and they always get confused and mention that they “can’t merge the two profiles” . The only staff member there currently that is polite and friendly is the youngest pharmacy tech they have. The other techs seem overwhelmed, unnecessarily rude and they need a new manager or something to lead them. It’s not working for me. The pharmacy tech Sally literally threw her hands up in front of me yesterday like I was her problem. I will be switching pharmacies as soon as I can.

I really dont want to even take the time to write this review. High turn over rate with the employees. Nobody ever stays longer than a week, additionally the employees change every day in fact. For this reason, they are slow and have poor customer service. The cvs off of elm is somehow worse than this location, as they used to steal and take from my prescriptions. Hope this review guides you in a more positive direction when considering a pharmacy with your doctor.

Don’t waste your time going here. They always mess up my prescriptions and my boyfriends prescriptions. The staff are no help and are rude. How do you just “lose a prescription”? I recommend going to a different pharmacy. I’d rate 0 stars if I could. Horrible.

This cvs always messes up and LOSES my prescriptions. The staff are always rude and act like you're inconveniencing them to do their job. I always feel rushed by staff here. I'd recommend going anywhere else for your prescription needs- I'll be switching pharmacies as well. I'd rate 0 stars if I could.

Had two prescriptions for same medication, one for 30 day, other for 90 day sent by same doctor. I needed the 90 day as it is maintenance med and 90 day saves ALOT of money due to PPO out of pocket expenses. Pharmacy never called to ask which they should fill. Instead, they filled the one for 30 days and my daughter picked it up for me because I couldn't drive after surgery. Pharmacy of course could not/would not do anything about it. A simple phone call to clarify what they should fill would have prevented the problem. Instead, they told me I need to verify with the doctor what they are sending over, then call the pharmacy to verify what they received and are filling, then have whoever picks up for me verify that the pharmacey filled what we verified the doctor sent and the pharmacy received. See the problem? So if you have anything other than a simple, one time less than 30 day prescription, you better get ready to make some phone calls. I don't think a pharmacy should need someone to check their work three ways before getting a prescription.
