Has to be one of the worst experiences at an AutoZone I have ever had. Trying to get a part here seems near impossible. I called a week in advance to make sure I could get a couple of parts put aside for me so I could make sure they had them when I went, the guy I spoke to said no problem. I called them a day or two before the day I set to get them and a different guy said "oh we don't do holds over 24 hours" (even though someone else told me it would be no issue). So I asked if they had the part and he said they did. Went in and wasted my gas to get it and they didn't even have it! So we asked if they could order it and they said it would come in the next day or two. Of course next time I checked in they didn't have it I mentioned something when I went in and got an apology and told they have hired some new people on. Not sure who does the hiring or training for this store but maybe train employees properly instead of making customers have to waste time and gas and them blaming new hires. What an absolute joke I don't think I've ever had so many issues with any AutoZone before, (I frequent several AutoZones for parts) resorted to going down the hill to an AutoZone that actually has what I need and knows how to hold an order. Buncha goobers at Bell Rd location

I would like to recognize Autozone Auburn, CA for employing very kind and helpful people who go over and beyond helping their customers have a very good experience. Five months ago, my van was parked at Safeway and would not start. My daughter and I decided to walk to Autozone and told them the problem. The lady salesperson, got her tools and walked with us back to the van. She started the engine so I could drive it to their store. I bought a battery and they removed the old one and replaced it with the new one. Fast forward, few days ago, the same van had a flickering dashboard and on and off the engine would not start. My husband and I decided to go to Autozone as that was where we got the battery. When I told Dave at Autozone the problem, he told us that it didn't sound like a battery problem but that something is loose. He went and checked the van. True enough some connection to the battery was loose and needed a part to tighten it. He told us what to buy. He got his tools and fixed the problem himself for free. That took care of the problem and I'm happily driving my old van with a grateful heart. Thank you so much Autozone Auburn.

I have been to every parts store you can name I have a commercial account with Auto Zone and I get the best price and service and I could go on and on. Thank you so much DAVE JONES.

Had some problems getting my alternator warranty. Finally got ahold of the manager and he found the problem in the computer.Finally got it resolvedThank you for standing behind your products/warranties

Not enough staff - customers walking out some without paying - the good staff members will quit eventually - I worked retail on regional level and see the signs - this is a flagship store hope you all can reel it in

Can't say enough about how great the staff is here. Always willing to help and go above and beyond the call of duty, Had some issues with a jack and the management was gracious and helped me out . They also gave my boy a lollipop which is greatly appreciated! =)

Dave saw me out in the parking lot struggling in the rain with a broken wiper arm and came right out to help. He fixed the problem with no need for new parts! This is customer service at its best. THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS!!!

I wasn’t absolutely certain why my car wouldn’t start on several occasions, so once I received a jump today by AAA serviceman, he said the battery test was low, and it was over 3 years old, so after doing a Google search for battery replacement, Auto Zone showed it was close by, and after speaking their store representative, Tim Horn, he tested the battery and showed me the date on my old battery was older than 3 years and recommended a dependable replacement with a 3 year warranty. Tim answered all my questions, displayed great customer service, and assisted with its placement. I felt his communicative skills in all aspects oh his interactions with me were demonstrated to the upmost of professionalism, and would highly recommend his services.

Received excellent care and assistance while being sponsored by the American Legion . Had some difficulties with some of the parts but was taken great care of and sent on my way with everything I needed.

Pretty good experience although it could've been slightly better. I went in for a part that they supposedly had in stock. Apparently there was a glitch in their computer inventory system because they did not have the part. After a couple of phone calls they located it and the part was in their shop that afternoon. The staff are friendly and helpful. Store location and layout is nice. 4 stars not 5 is because I had to make two trips to get what I needed.

So we called asked for the price and availability for two parts. We were told that both parts came in the same box and the total would be 115.00 plus tax when we get there. There are not two parts in the box and the gentleman that said that both pieces were in there looked at me pretty much and told me I was a liar and I believe his name was Dave. The gentleman helped me was very kind and was trying to figure out why the man told me there was two parts in the box because there wasn't walked out spending $200 instead of the 115 that we were quoted. Then they told us our part would be there between 12:30 and 1:00. Didn't bother calling us and telling you it wasn't there. We called twice second time we called they said maybe 4:30 or the next day. They finally call us at 3:00 and tell us that it won't be till the next day at noon... Besides being misquoted a price we lost a lot of money not being able to go to work.

Collin the manager is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I hope I don't need to return any time soon but I rest assured knowing that when something happens to my car, I can count on Collin to help me figure out if I should take it to a shop or what I need if I believe I can handle it myself(DIY)! Thanks for all your assistance!!
