Jake went out if his way to help me. The store was busy and he was professional and courteous to everyone in the store. Was very fast getting a new number and account established for me and my business.Highly recommend.

This place is horrible, in my experience. When I went in to get a new phone, I went three different times, and was told three different things each time. The first time they said the phone could not be paid off all at once, the second time they said it could, so that is when I got the phone. On that same second visit I was informed that I could get a wireless charger for my phone and another accessory for my phone for $40. I agreed to that deal, but when I got home I saw that the charge was $80 and they did not give me the right type of charger. They gave me a plug-in charger instead of the wireless one that I asked for. The third time I went back to resolve the issue, I was told that I already had gotten the charger despite it not being the one I wanted and the situation with the price wasn't even addressed. The employee was dismissive since he wasn't the one that sold me the phone. I was having an issue with my texting service since it was sending phone texts through my email to some of my contacts. The employee did help me resolve this issue, at least. Still, this is a horrible business, in my opinion. I hear that they are privately owned, and not actually owned by AT&T, they just are certified to provide AT&T services. I actually got Yelp just so I can give this business a low rating, because they were that bad, in my opinion. I suggest going to the real, AT&T store in Roseville, despite it being further away. I detest this business.

I had visited the store to upgrade my phones. I had purchased the phones along with accessories then heard about Verizon offering FREE PHONES AND APPLE WATCHES. I called customer service after I had purchased the phones and accessories to see if they could match or offer a credit. Customer Service with AT&T informed me that I need to return the phones to get a credit. I did. The sales rep in store told me that I won't be reimbursed for the screen protectors for the phones I returned. That is $100 worth of accessories that isn't returnable? I wouldn't go to this store for help. In the process of returning the phones my notes and messages were lost. The people that work here do not care about you. Try your luck either online or a pre paid service. My experience at this store felt like I was dealing with used car salesman. Completely dissatisfied. Missed the Mark

Yesterday I went into the Auburn AT&T store for a new phone. I was greeted by an employee in training that notified me that I will be helped as soon as one of the other two sales employees were. After a brief moment I was greeted by another employee named Jake who helped me find the phone I needed. He walked me through all my options and wasn’t pushing anything on me. I let him know I was also looking to get a phone case and screen protector he found me a great case in my price range. Overall a great experience at the Auburn AT&T store. Jake was very knowledgeable and professional the whole time. Will be back next time I’m do for an upgrade.

Jake was so helpful from the moment I walked in the door. His customer service and attitude is amazing even though I wasn't very happy with at&t at the time Jake was able to resolve my issue and made the process smoothe and easy for me as a customer.

Came into this store desperate for some help after someone opened a line on our account and activated an iPhone. The fraud department through ATT told me I have to go into the store for help. Went into this store at a very slow time, no one else around and the representative (an African American probably 25 or so) told us we had to go to the corporate store in Roseville. Me working in banking got the feeling I was being brushed off when I really needed some help. I can’t pay my bill when it is 600 dollars.I walked Into the “corporate store” in Roseville after a half an hour drive and was met with w very nice rep. He knew exactly what rep had pushed us over there and it was not the first time. He was busy had people waiting and even still helped.I was able to confirm that the auburn rep was just lazy, and could have helped hence this review. ATT is a garbage company and im considering a lawsuit after a shady rep messed up my account. ive been an ATT customer for 13 years. they will do it to you too.
