Have always been good to me, love the cell service, love that my cellphone bill comes directly out of my account. Love that they have different ad-ons if you need it. I upgraded to their $60 plan which is Unlimited, with HD Streaming videos, mobile hotspot. And I pay extra for internet protection. Boost Mobile Runs off the Sprint Network which is T-Mobile. And I'll never go to Metro PCS, as they use the AT&T network. And I really will never get service from Metro PCS again, had their service before and had a lot of problems with the service. And I've used Cricket before and didn't really care for the phones or the service. Nation Wide service and have add ons for different countries. No Roaming Charges either. Gotta love them...

I paid for insurance on 2 phones. They failed to add the insurance so when my sons phone got stolen. They couldn't replace it .
