Can't really tell you about his work because he was so rude and condescending, i wasn't going to spend my money supporting a customer service disaster. I asked a few questions about a chainsaw and was promptly reprimanded for my lack of knowledge. And then he went off about how stupid most people are and how put out he is because they bring their crap equipment to him. Ok thanks

Called and greeted the lady that answered, asked what wood chippers they had available for rent. She responded, "The big one". I asked what the big one was and explained I normally had a friend run it for me. After going to check with someone she stated 7" tow behind. I asked if she or someone there might have a few minutes to help me determine if this would meet my needs. I stated that I could take pictures, video call, or just talk through it. Her response was "We have stuff online for you to read, so yeah...". The tone and attitude was condescending, rude, and very clear. Being smacked in the face with this attitude, I responded "You are clearly too busy to take time to talk with customers, so I won't hold you up anymore". I received the response "Yeah, bye" with a quick hangup. I understand there is a need for yard care products right now, but that doesn't justify talking to customers like they are beneath you. Businesses that continue to do this quickly find themselves without customers and no longer in business.

Sorry, they may have good equipment and can fix things, but Geoff is a jerk, rude and nasty. How they stay in business is beyond me.

Let me tell you about Glenn. Well, he should retire! He is not happy, not helpful, very bitter and short. He treats his employees with disdain! Not very helpful at all. Please, Glenn, enjoy your golden years at home. Customer service is not your fortè!!!

Brand new Honda 4 stroke weedeater,,,was a lemon,,,purchased it May of 2018...and used it in addition to a very reliable Husky weedeater we had for over 20 years...so the Honda was not being used extensively..at the end of weedeating season(late june)the machine would start fine,,,but then sputter out before 1 tank of gas was used,,,I failed to take it in,,,too much work,,the following year/season(mid spring)...I took it in,,,I was told it had a 1year warranty(which was a lie,,,turned out its a 2yr warranty),,,they had it for a couple weeks,,,I needed a back up weedeater,,& I knew it at least ran for half a tank of gas,,,so I picked it up...well the issue got worse the following year(s),,,where it would run for just a minute or 2,, this season,I made arrangements to bring it in,,,was told it needed a new carbuerator,,at a cost of around $150....was told by grumpy owner that I was using or leaving bad fuel in it,,,(well I have a fuel storage tank at my place,,my Honda(engine) wood splitter,Honda(engine)lawn mower & my Honda quad,,,have NEVER once had a fuel or running problem,,& they all got the same fuel source),,,,an honorable store owner would not have mis-informed me of the warranty period,,,& also should have been willing to compromise on new carb.cost,,,,as you can see this guy has many ONE star rerviews,,,& I now know why,,,be careful when doing business with this establisment,,,the guy is a JERK

5 star service, friendly staff. They helped me get a gas tank for my Honda gx31 trimmer in a timely fashion I am very satisfied with glenns repair.

Glenn's Repair has everything you need to maintain your home and/or property. I have rented equipment for laying sod, pavers and keeping the weeds trimmed according to fire code. The staff is super knowledgeable and competent. They take time to run you through instructions for safe operation of equipment. Talon is the best! Great customer service and willing to answer questions! Cusotmer service is hard to find these days and glad to know it's available here! Rental Trailers too, to transport the equipment are very helpful We will be back soon! Your Atascadero Neighbors
