Girl at the front the hippo doesn’t know how to talk to people on the phone let alone has no respect. If you hate your job so much maybe you should quit and hop on a spin bike she could use the gym to her benefit

Always super friendly, super helpful, and non judgmental. The kidz care is amazing and my children always have a great time. Very trustworthy and capable staff. When I signed up the front desk went above and beyond to help wrangle my little ones during the process.

I have been going to Valley Fitness for almost 2 years. The staff is energetic and welcoming, the equipment is well maintained and there is a good mix of beginner and experienced members with a range of fitness levels. Affordable price too, and the kids club is great!!

I really don't care for any gym in particular so it's fair to say that when I arrived at this gym for a zumba class, this gym didn't have a chance..... I feel I had more energy than the instructor.....
