I mailed to envelopes containing checks , 4.30pm 06-30-23, was stolen from mail box inside postal office 6-30-23These is unacceptable because who stole and same person deposited that check into his account by 8pm 06-30-23BEWARE OF ARTESIA POST OFFICE FOR SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITIES

Ive met different usps workers across the country and most of them are unfriendly but the short hair lady with glasses is the worst usps employee Ive ever met. She is always angry, rude, and does not want to help out. Every time I ask something she would play d*** not wanting to help out. Most of the time she would tell me to go back home to do the work she was suppose to do but when I get different employee I get things worked out perfectly fine. Please if you hate your job and don't want to do it then just find another job.

It would be nice if the employees here were a bit nicer to the residents in the area. There are a few employees here who are always rude and have an attitude. You can’t even ask them a question about your package or they get upset. You work here, if I ask you a question about your job, you shouldn’t be getting upset. If you hate your job, that is not our problem. Switch your career. The parking is another problem. It is so small. It gets crowded and it’s hard to get into the parking lot sometimes which extends out into the street. People do not care if they park wrong or hit your car when opening their door.

If I could I would do zero stars. Theresa is very rude and I'm my opinion has no customer skills. Instead of just scanning the QR to find out if my box was priority she made me buy tape. Granted, the tape was only $1.69 but that's not the point. The point is she could have easily scanned the QR code to find out if my return item was priority or not. But I guess that's to much to ask for!

I had an excellent post office experience recently, and I wanted to share it with others. Maria, the customer service representative who helped me, went above and beyond to find the most cost-efficient method of shipping my package.Maria was incredibly knowledgeable about the different shipping options available, and she took the time to listen to my needs and preferences in order to find the best solution for me. She was patient, thorough, and professional throughout the entire process, and I felt reassured and grateful for her help.What impressed me the most about Maria was her commitment to finding the most cost-efficient option for me. She was able to help me save money on shipping costs without sacrificing the quality or safety of my package, which was a huge relief, she noticed I was using a box much bigger than needed and she but together two small boxes to make a box that was a perfect size!Overall, I highly recommend this post office and its exceptional customer service, especially Maria. She truly went above and beyond to provide me with outstanding service, and I hope that her commitment to excellence sets an example for other customer service representatives to follow. Thank you, Maria and the entire post office team, for such a positive experience!

I shipped out my bike box and a small package on 8-9-2022, 10am with Filipino post woman, who looked around 50 yrs old. She stared at me with disgust, I stared her back for her attitude. I told her twice "I am your customer", but she ignored to reply.I don't know she has been used to offense most customers. 11721 183rd St. Artesia CA 90701 Post Office.

At times there are waits, but staff always courteous. Been going to this particular locale since the 1970's. ❣️??
