probably the worst customer service ever in banking district!! i called the branch over the phone. the lady told me i called the wrong branch before i disclosure any personal info. seriously?? ridiculous! very rude and this is unacceptable.

Been standing at the bank inside the ranch99 market for a while, no one was acknowledged. One lady with glasses was there and pretended didn't see me. Worst customer service ever! Has to walk to the other EWB in the same plaza instead!
