I discussed my situation with Blake and after narrowing down some details, he came to the house the next day and took measurements and brought samples. We also checked out the warehouse, which was nice, but ended up going with Blake’s original suggestions. Once we finalized our decision, we had a quote within a day and agreed on an installation date. Within 10 days of the original call, the installation team came, moved all the furniture from the rooms as needed, and installed the new padding, carpet, and tack boards as agreed. They completed the entire 3-level house (134 sq. yards/1206 sq. ft.) in less than a day and without any issues. The seams are undetectable and everything looks great! Once done, they cleaned up, vacuumed and left everything clean. They hauled away all the old carpet, padding and remaining scraps. I had a great experience with Blake.
