A staff member named HENRI DUONG shows professionalism and rigorous attitude at work, which makes people feel reassured and trustworthy. He can speak Chinese. Thank you very much ?

This bank teller called My pHAM is terrible, very arrogant, requires a green card to open a bank account, the bank manager requires you to go to the bank to open it, waste of time, very bad service

trash bank.
I was in the bank opening account and a old lady come in the bank and ask me where is the Clinc. She obviously lost and I drove her to the clinic right away. During the time my girl friend is in the bank. When I got back there are still 30mins left for the appointment. And the trash banker told my girl friend we don’t have enough time and come back the next day. I stare the situation and told the manager I was helping people. And the manager still the same attitude as the banker.
Trash bank, hope no one helpes you when you got in trouble.

I am only giving this a two star review because the tellers were nice and spoke multiple languages, otherwise this would be a one star review. I visited this branch on Thursday, February 8th. Employees look shabby and unshowered. Tellers do not have the authority to deposit funds into SEP IRA accounts. It took 45 minutes of waiting in line to get to a teller. The teller a banker would call me to help me with the deposit. Banker never called.

If you need Wells Fargo on a Saturday, this is your place! Get there at nine AM to avoid the crowds, otherwise, you'll wait around half an hour. The employees work like clockwork to assist you and the manager is really nice!

Despite having an appointment, no one attended to me upon arrival, and there was no front desk available. I approached a staff member for check-in assistance, but he just typed something in the keyboard and stood up and left without providing any further help. This is such a terrible branch.

Rude Dismissive Customer Service. At approximately 1138am today on Monday 5/15/2023 - I was helped by Raquel. She is far from courteous, giving me the. "I don't care about you attitude. Did not bother to ask if there's new bills for ones. Did not make or speak in respectful manners. I feel bad for all the customers that has been "help" by Raquel and my heart goes out to all the people who will be "help" by Raquel. The experience I had today was far from pleasant in a negative way. Did not feel respected nor got courteous service. I can see more people leaving this branch feeling the way with a bad taste in their mouth thinking this teller is rude, disrespectful, and dismissive as though she looks down on people talking with attitude.

I work blocks from this Wells Fargo and need to do banking on my short work break. I have tried several times to go to this branch and there is only 1 teller open with a long line. I always end up leaving and driving to the Monrovia location on Huntington who are professional and accommodate you fast. It's worth the extra drive to get served!

Long but important to me: Chinese New Year is upon us and, as is custom for the area we live in, my wife and I went into this local branch at 3:15 today to ask for some red envelopes. The female teller (I wish I had gotten her name but regrettably didn't) very brusquely told my wife that she "only gets three." My wife clarified, "Three envelopes?" The teller pointedly replied. "Three per individual." Anyone who celebrates Chinese New Year knows that three red envelopes aren't going to take you very far. In the past and currently at other banks in the area red envelopes are offered as a fun courtesy in packets of about 8 per packet, very often two or three packets offered with no questions asked. But, even though it was only three envelopes we figured we were already making the effort so why not take them. The teller slides the envelopes under the glass - three loose red envelopes - and then after my wife walks away I step up and say, "I'd also like red envelopes as well, please." The teller shakes her head, "I already gave three to her." I clarify, "Didn't you say three per individual?" The teller impatiently interrupts - she meant three per account. I replied that I have my own accounts at Wells Fargo. She then rudely tells us that she ACTUALLY was making a "special exception" by giving my wife three- that it should have only been two per account or individual or whatever she actually meant but couldn't manage to spell out...point is the teller suggested my wife should give one of her red envelopes to me and then the teller would give me one. And all of this with an impatient air as if we were asking for a huge favor that was just about to upend her day. Such an absurd situation to find ourselves in! Were we in an episode of "Curb Your Enthusiasm?" We slid all the red envelopes back to the teller and told her that Wells Fargo red envelopes aren't worth this weird effort, and we left. Sad to say that we will be closing all of our accounts that we have had with Wells Fargo for nearly twenty years. My wife and my first shared account was with WF. Our daughter's first account was with WF. My very first business account was proudly opened at WF. Alas, as time passed customer service has become a diminishing feature with this bank. And this feels like a button to our overall experience. This may seem like a small deal, and the envelope issue admittedly is. But I feel that if a bank has careless regard for the simple small details, the easy customer service issues if you will, then what will happen with the more complicated situations? Closing it all. Moving on.

Update - because nothing is easy, it has taken over 90 days to get a part of this matter resolved. Kudos to Regional Manager Walter Wodtke who went above and beyond to handle my affairs. So far, so good. (I'm still taking my business elsewhere; however, at least I am confident that I can still receive first class care as long as Walt is around.)

Don't even bother coming here, wait time is ridiculous! And instead of manager jumping on a teler to try to easy the wait time he is trying to convince customers to do services online, if they wanted to do that they would have done it ! One of many reasons why I am closing my account

It’s 2:00 PM on 4/13 and no one else in the bank and I needed to send a wire to my daughter tuition and I explained to Manager Marlene that I already tried to wire with my mobile App and it said funds would be available on 4/27(2 weeks for an electronic wire?? Is this still 2022?) which wouldn’t work and she stated all the bankers are “busy” with appointment and I can wait until 3:30 to send the wire.. I have to say terrible service but I can’t cause I didn’t receive ANY. Never going into this branch again.
