Claimed they lost our paperwork. How is that possible? My other doctors say they are extremely difficult to work with and it took us THREE WEEKS for them to forward paperwork.
Would never come here if it wasn’t for the fact I didn’t have a choice. Will be reporting them.

Un professional and un sanitary. They make zero effort to help unless you nag them. They lost my paper work. Roaches coming out of the walls.

The best Sun clinical lab at 626 area! profession and fast staff, I took my girl for blood test, in and out total took about 5 minutes, unbelievable!

Have no empathy for children here getting lab work. There’s only one person checking in and doing lab work. Therefore, the technician is more concerned about getting through her line than being patient with children. Therefore, if you have children that are freighten of needles don’t take them here. I been to other lab facilities where they are empathetic towards kids and have patience.

Quick and efficient. There is only one staff at this location, she doesn’t talk much but does get things done quickly for you.

Somehow my insurance provider and group has changed, I've call Anthem to change it and effective immediately, Anthem even said it might not show up right away and gave me a ref# where I can provide to them to confirm just incase and they refuse to confirm

Zero would be more accurate. The office and staff in Arcadia was just disgusting. Staff in West Covina office was considerate and helpful. Room where blood was drawn was more like a storage room. I don't know how they get away with it. Trying to find a way to never have to use this lab again.

The lab is so dirty, especially the restroom. Unbearable. We went there in the morning, the floor of the bathroom was full of paper, never seen anything like this. I told the staff in the office, they didn't care.

To be honest, I was hesitant & nervous based on the negative reviews. Thankfully we had a good experience. I brought my young child to get labs drawn. Cindy was the phlebotomist who took care of us & she was friendly, gentle, professional & very skilled. The only concern I had was the cleanliness of the shared restroom, which needs more frequent & better maintenance.
