Worst business ever it doesn't deserve even the one star. The staff was unpleasant, unprofessional, unhelpful and rude, he had no desire to help customers and did not want to answer any of my questions. Horrible customer service. Safe your time, do not go to this place.

It's one thing to be unhelpful, it's another thing to be rude. I do NOT recommend going to this store. One star is too much, but Yelp doesn't have an option for zero star. In contrast, the T-mobile representative on the phone was very polite and helpful. I actually had him on speaker when I was in the store, so he heard the whole conversation with this Sharif person at the store. The representative on the phone repeatedly apologized for Sharif's behavior and offered to make it right. The only reason why I didn't just switch carrier right then and there lol He ended up sending me to the El Monte coperate store and they helped me there.

Had an warranty exchange authorized by T-Mobile corporate and the replacement was sent to this store. Went to the store for a pickup then was told that phone wasn't available, it got sent back to T-Mobile by the old manager.Called back T-mobile and corporate have no details of this package being sent back. The store lied to my face.T-Mobile corporate support, corporate rep. called the store and the store was just giving us the runaround stating they don't have it. And even trying to transfer the fault on me, until the store realized I was also on the call. Even the T-Mobile corporate rep felt the store was deliberately withholding the unit. The store staff was very defensive and said go talk to their legal department.Later I was transferred to a T-Mobile corporate rep supervisor, who is going to take care of this. Thankfully the corporate support are still good.Numerous people at this store told me they don't have my replacement. Tonight I went in and asked them again if they have it, and NOW they confirm they do have it. But they can't give it to me without a manager. So the customer have to accommodate the store manager's time. At this point, basically the store don't want to give me my replacement and it is finding all sorts of reason/excuses. Don't go to this particular authorized store. They are thieves and liars. T-Mobile corporate needs to investigate this authorized dealer.

This review is for the 2 employees who worked on 9/17/2022 morning shift. I spoke with a care team member on the phone the night before about getting a transfer pin number. Since I no longer have access to my T-Mobile account I was told to go to ANY T-Mobile store for assistance for the transfer pin. I came to this location to get help and was refused service. Instead of calling their customer service support for assistance they sent me to the location at the Santa Anita mall. The staff member at the Santa Anita store called customer service support and got the care team member on the phone to speak with me and I received the transfer pin number. It was that simple. You guys should at least call and exhaust all options on your end before sending people away. Extensive proper training and up to date knowledge with company policies are definitely needed here. This will help better your customer service experiences. Alert to new and current customers. Save your trip from coming to this location. The Santa Anita mall store provide better customer service. They are more willing to help regardless if you are no longer T-Mobile's customer.

They told me that they are not cooperate store and they can't do any service but selling products to customer. When I search T-mobile cooperate store on internet, It pops as 1. Never again deal with T-Mobile. Besides selling the product to customers, they all have no interest in doing service, not just this store, also online too. If I could give zero, I am willing to do so.

The associates in this store are all very helpful. If you need any information or troubleshooting. see Sharif!!! He was amazingly patient with good communication and helped me link 2 Synch-Up watches.

Jeff, Clara, Gerardo were really awesome and changed two lines for us from AT&T, had to call the main dealer line twice to do so. They greeted everyone at the door and focused on solving each issue one by one. They were well versed on what promotions were going on and which made the most sense for us. While we were waiting, one of the staff even offered my elderly mom a chair.

The worst team ever. Carla and Jeff are managers and they are the rudest and impolite workers I have ever met. I tried to trade in my old Samsung and primarily they gave me a a good deal which I wasnt actually able to get with my plan. Carla mistakenly started the process and when i left the store she realized that she made mistake and then she tried to put everything on me saying in transaction description that i changed my mind in the last moment which was an AWFUL LIE. When i got my new phone i bring the old one and the new one's box with tracking number as Carla told me to do and then they told that i said that i want to keep my old phone which is ridiculous. And if I want to trade my old phone, as i requested on the beginning, I have to send the new phone back and start the process all over again. After i sent my new phone back and after all the struggle with software transfer my 50% increased monthly bills kept coming as if I continued having my new phone with me. I came to the store again ( 10 th time) and Jeff told me that thats not their issue and that i need to call customer support service. After i said that the average wait time is 1.5 hr Jeff said with very rude tone " everyone wait " in the front of everyone. So beside the fact that they lied and tried to deny that they are showing utterly unpleasant attitude with customers. Not showing a bit of intention to help and being very rude most of the time. Those guys are more than a good reason why i will for sure change the provider because who hires this type of untrained guys most probably can't satisfy even the easiest cuatomer demands. Disaster.

Very unpleasent and unprofessional stuff. They made a mistake with trade in deal and after that tried to blame me. Managers are rude and unwilling to help you. Maybe the worst experience with providers ever.

I have not had any cellular provider that is worst than T mobile. The staff was so rude and unprofessional. They were not helpful at all especially each of th gave out different answers. They also refused to admit their mistakes. T Mobile is trying to steal your money especially when you don’t pay close attention to the monthly statement. Not recommend to you at all.

So far the best t-mobile I have been too! Very helpful and kind. Awesome customer service will definitely come back to this location!They are under new management so it’s all new employees! Come here for all your cell phone needs! They will take care of you.

Best EXPERIENCE EVER! Teddy & Ariel made my day! Was having trouble getting my upgrade to go through. They both spent over an hour with Sprint to make sure I could get the phone I wanted. I Highly recommend this location if you want the best customer service around!
