“Service was great. I came in to return some snowboard boots online. Landon helped me out. He was really cool to talk to and you could tell he loves his job. My situation was a bit tricky since I was returning an online order, but Landon & his coworker were able to handle it effectively. I didn't get to look around much but they had a lot of cool graphic shirts that I tried on.”

We brought our special needs son to get back to school shoes and without hesitation he went above and beyond for our 12 year old autistic son. Made him feel comfortable and even gave him stickers. “I come once in a while. Every single time I come I get helped right away. Doesn't matter how busy they are....they always make sure you're being helped too. If they don't have a size or color that you want they will check if they can order it for you. I have ordered a few & always ask to get them shipped to the store. They usually don't take more than a week and will call you right away. If you need someone's opinion they are more than happy to help.”

“Drove to Arcadia, California with the intention of hiking the Hermit Falls Trail and the Sturtevant Falls Trail located in the mountains surrounding the city of Arcadia. Unfortunately, both trails are closed due to damage as the result of the Bobcat wildfire that ravaged the area a several months ago. With no hiking available, decided to check out Arcadia for things to do. Located the Westfield Sana Anita Mall and paid it a visit. The Westfield Santa Anita Mall is a major shopping center in the city, adjacent to the Santa Anita Racetrack. The mall originally opened as the Santa Anita Fashion Park on October 14, 1974, with several top named stores. Over the years these original anchors have ceased to exist or been incorporated into different establishments. Over the following decades, the mall has undergone several renovations and expansions. Today the 2 story Westfield Mall covers 1,300,000 square feet of space with 214 stories and services. This mall features a food court, numerous retailers, and various full-service eateries in an area known as Restaurant Square. Nordstrom, Old Navy, Coach and Talbots are the four major anchors at this mall as well as the AMC Santa Anita 16 Theater. Asian, Mediterranean, Latin American, Vegetarian, Seafood, European, American Steakhouse and Fast Food are amount the different cuisines available at the many eateries available at this mall. After spending several hours wandering around stopped in at Din Tai Fung for lunch. This Chinese dumpling house has an extensive menu that includes Juicy Pork. Soup. Red Bean, Crab, Shrimp and Pork Dumplings. Other favorite items listed on the menu consists of Beef Noodle, Spicy and Sour Soup; Pork Chop or Shrimp Fried Rice; Spicy Wontons and Rice cakes. All meal items are reasonably priced and excellent in taste. Ordered an assortment of different dumplings. Outstanding! If you desire to get away from the home front for a few hours, drive over to Arcadia and spend a few hours wandering around the Westfield Santa Anita Mall. You might be able to find something that you like. If your shopping trip turns out to be a bust, stop off at any of the great food eateries and partake in a great meal. Recommend a visit to Westfield Santa Anita Shopping Center and Din Tai Fung for a great Chinese meal and experience. Well worth your time.”

“This is my 3rd visit to this finish line and each time I get a great customer experience. Today I was helped by Nellely who was very nice and attentive she listened to my needs and made suggestions. I wanted the flynit lunar glides 2 but they were only available in men size 8 she suggested insoles for my high arches and the 8 ended up fitting a little big but good enough for me... usually I'm a 8 on women. I ended up buying the shoes and insoles. I ended up saving $50 From what I would have paid at lady Foot Locker for the same exact shoe, but in a woman's 8. It seems finish line is always cheaper than foot locker and I like the sales associate a lot better they listen to what you need and help you find exactly what you want always patient and with a smile. I know I'll be back and I recommend this finish line to anyone.”

“Scored the Nike Retro Dunk Lows (aka Pandas)! The store was clean and the associates were helpful.Instead of buying the shoe with a mark up, I remember this Shoe Palace had them in stock but sold out. I went in and found them restocked and Nike will be dropping them again 09/26. Pandas are a really popular shoe so resellers like to wipe out inventory, shrink wrap and try to make $50 to $100 for sizing. I noticed the resale market crash so it is not as crazy as before. The Nike Retro Dunk Lows go with everything and are very comfortable. Thanks Shoe Palace.”

“I frequently visit this Aldo branch for their high-quality shoe care products, I particularly like the Cleanse Nettoie wipes. If you're sensitive to a vinegar-like scent, be cautious as it can be strong. However, its very efficient in keeping shoes looking brand new.During my recent visit, I asked about the Retrospec sneakers in size 7 but unfortunately, they didn't have my size in stock. Ari, a staff member who has helped me before, graciously offered to facilitate an online order. She had previously assisted me with my messenger bag purchase and introduced me to the affordable Aldo Leather Conditioner, an effective alternative to the pricier Alden Leather Defender which I usually use for my leather products. On her advice, I also tried the Shoe Shine brush for my bag, which was I felt was much better because my current brush had rough bristles which I was worried could damage my bag.The customer service here consistently impresses me, with commendable contributions from other staff members I've met before like Gio and Sam. To my pleasant surprise, I discovered that Ari is the assistant store manager. I thought she was part of the floor sales but her customer service underscores the hands-on leadership at this location. Similarly, I observed the store manager, Chris, actively engaging in store maintenance, which speaks to the collaborative vibe of this particular store, setting it apart from other Aldo outlets I've visited in the past.I look forward to returning for more shoe care products and hope to find a broader selection in my size next time.”
