“I wrote this review below for John (He's the pharmacist) that showed up on google maps, not knowing if I zoomed in more the pharmacy itself would show up. So I will spread the review here as well."Excellent pharmacist, will work with you for all your needs for your medications and how to circumvent or deal with side effects. Extremely knowledgeable and professional! Would not be hyperbolic to say excruciatingly recommended, don't go anywhere else!"”

“Yes! This place is great! Compounding medications. They will mail you your meds and call you when it's time to refill. You are not just a number, you are a customer with a name to them. Great customer service.”

“I had a problem trying to find a medication for my daughter which was on back order at her usual pharmacy and at the major chain pharmacies. I came across Sunny Bay Pharmacy, and they were able to help me work out my problem. The staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Their customer service is outstanding! I will definitely be coming back to this pharmacy!”

“I’ve gone to CVS pharmacy for most things for many many years and never had any problems. I’ve also never had a pharmacist whose name I knew or who knew my name. During the end of 2020 we switched to Mitry pharmacy where I now have both. Sharif is a wonderful family man who runs a spectacular and personal business. Going here removes the Big Pharma feel and takes me back to when I was a kid when we used to go to a family owned pharmacy in the middle of town. It certainly isn’t something I knew I was missing in my life, but since going here, I seek out other small local businesses to work with instead of the huge chains as well. Give him a call.”

“Service at CVS pharmacies are often times basic. You wait, you get your meds and you're out. Today I noticed new things in place...- a text message as Im leaving my doctors office requesting to know if I need my meds immediately (I missed the message but I suspect if I would have replied they would have immediately started my prescription)- when I arrived and requested my meds, gentleman let me know it would be 10-15 minutes (turned out it was more like 5-10 minutes)- I felt they had a good system in place to get patients in and out quickly which is all you want when you're not feeling well- sensed a professional get things done attitude from the pharm tech/guy running registerThanks to the May 31, 2023, 7pm crew!”

“Efficient little pharmacy located next to Yogurtland in Arcadia. We were looking for Tamiflu for my sick kiddo, and CVS Arcadia did not have it in stock, in fact CVS in the general area did not have it in stock but guess what this little tiny store had it in stock...who would have known. The pharmacist was very nice and the staff was very friendly. I dropped off the prescription and was able to pick up in 20 mins, so I just went next door to yogurt land to grab some yogurt while I waited. My only gripe was they didn't inform me that I'm getting the generic version of Tamiflu, I would have wanted original formula and was willing to pay extra for the original. I did them call back and they informed me that their manufacture did not supply Tamiflu original, and the generic was all they had in stock. That's fine, just tell me in advance. But overall a good pharmacy for your prescription needs.”

“This location is convenient for people who prefer drive-thrus to pick up their meds. Most of the time, the drive thru is empty. It really depends on what time you stop by. Even if there are a few cars ahead of you, it's not that long of a wait. They also have a few medicine items they can sell to you over drive-thru. Inside, the pharmacy is very organized. The staff is nice and understanding. They always do their best to help everyone in a timely manner. They also offer different vaccines and are available to answer questions about medications. The times I've had to call in, they answer pretty quickly. They help you set your medications on auto fill and will even contact your doctor for a refill prescription if you run out. The pharmacy and store hours of operation are different. The pharmacy is open Monday - Friday 9am - 8pm (might have a lunch break) and Saturday and Sunday 10am - 6pm. In case you won't be able to make it, you can call in and ask for them to transfer your prescription to the Baldwin location. They close at 10pm. The store is also always organized and clean. They are usually stocked with everything you need. From household items to beauty necessities. The staff is also nice and helpful. If you need any item that requires an associate to open/unlock it for you, they will gladly help you. They have self-checkout kiosks, and they're really easy to use. I know CVS receipts are super long and take forever to print, but they do have good deals. You're also able to use them there at the kiosks. They also have a coupon kiosk. I've never used it, though, so I can't comment on it. There's plenty of parking near the entrance because the other businesses usually have closer parking to their locations.”

“I like this grocery store better than the a Ralph's that is closer to me because they have some coffee beans that I like so don't have to travel all the way to Pasadena or downtown to get: Philz, Blue Bottle. Plus I asked if they have a grinder and they offered the starbucks one to me. Can't get better than that. Self check out is always zippy and so many lanes available. I never noticed the ambiance but I would imagine it's the same everywhere: depending on the status of one's heart. If sad, then it's a sad place wherever one goes. If happy, everywhere is as chirpy as can be.I love that they have a UPS in this plaza so I can do my Amazon returns and do some quick shopping at the same time”

“I've had all my COVID-19 shots here and have made this my main shot clinic. It's just a few miles away from me and has one of the most friendly staff of the various locations I've been to. The new COVID-variant shot and flu shot did not hurt a bit, but the shingles shot, which is a two-part series hurt like the dickens! I'm really not looking forward to my next visit in a few months, but am happy I filled up my COVID shot passport! Stay safe out there during Flu season...”

“I love this CVS as it's bigger than most traditional CVS's. The Pharmacy and it's staff are super efficient and are open later than most other pharmacies in the area. They even have a private consultation area with a door in which I've rarely seen at pharmacies. The clinicians at the MinuteClinic are wonderful and kind; a huge shoutout to Jonathan Sun, LVN, Art Vasilyan, FNP-C, & Alessa Alarcon, FNP-C for having a great bedside manner. I definitely will count on MinuteClinic when my PCP isn't available. The store itself has way more products including durable medical equipment, CPAP, expanded skincare and cosmetics, etc. (Please note the store itself is open 24/7 but the pharmacy and MinuteClinic are not open 24/7; I believe the pharmacy and MinuteClinic are open until 10pm).”

“At this age I've developed degenerative disc disease. My lower back causes me so much pain that I'll finally have to face the music and get surgical repair. With that in mind my neurosurgeon sent me a gazillion orders for tests. I chose the Arcadia office because online scheduling was more open than the nearby RadNet facilities. The drive was worth it x100. They saw my orders and the desperation of having to come back three times so they condensed all of the procedures into one day! The technicians are very nice, they each explained the individual tests, answered my questions and got me through them very efficiently. Everyone at the front desk was so helpful. To top it off the parking is free! This is a big deal for someone who's accustomed to paying for parking, which IMHO is a ridiculous cash grab.”

“This morning I was looking to get medicine for my fiancé as he got sick from working early mornings at Santa Anita race track. I was not expecting CVS to be opened so early in the morning, but was very elated to see that it was. I was there at 4 AM. I was looking for, cvs brand cough drops, cvs brand version of NyQuil/DayQuil. To be honest, I met the nicest, check-out employee I’ve encountered for a overnight/graveyard shift…( I get the most people are cranky for late night shifts, but she wasn’t.) thank you (I think Angela) for your help! She help me ring up my order, and I left very happy and satisfied with my purchase.”
