J. Jills in Arcadia, California is a Gangstalking store, the fake-blonde lady-manager is a gangstalker. Google those terms and you will see that the manager tortures her clientele so that they will shop elsewhere. J. Jills is anti-freedom and anti-democracy, pro-torture. And they wonder why their stock is bottom of the barrel.

I think the sales ladies at this store are wonderful especially Row Sonia and Lynn. They are always so attentive, cheerful and go out of their way to help. Always a great shopping experience I love this store because of them. They always make great suggestions and if something isn't in stock they find it on line for me and have it shipped. If I ever need to do an online return I never have a problem or get an attitude.

Nice C.S. they are friendly and helpful. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the last time I was there, the young ladys were on their cells instead of being helpful, and were not cleaning rooms or cashier area counters.

I love j.jill particularly the Santa Anita store. I have shopped at various locations. I live closer to the Paseo but went to the Promenade in Arcadia as I couldn't find a spot to park in Pasadena in the structures that day. It was right after we were allowed to go shopping. The staff was great and I was happy with my purchases.

There weren't that many shoppers here (maybe 3 or 4). But, here's the catch ... lots of patience needed waiting to pay! The reason? Only 1 cash register is allowed to be used - one would think that there would be some notice posted, but ... NO! To make things worst, the staff does not know how to do anything much except to be perky and say nice things! She kept on asking either her manager or senior person for help! We ended up waiting for almost 20 minutes with no lines! Not sure if we are coming back for a long while again ...

Poor customer service and mislabeled merchandise. Recently, amongst other garments, I purchased 2 pairs of pants labeled the same size. I wore the "christmas pants" which fits perfectly. However, the second pair has a waist size 1.5 inches smaller. The size was mislabeled on the tag sewn onto the garment and on the paper tag. When I went to exchange it, the sales lady said it should have been labeled one size smaller than indicated on the tags. Fortunately, there was another identical pair on the rack. I put it up against the pair that I have already worn at christmas and the waist size was identical. But I did not try it on. At the time of said exchange, there was an after-Christmas sale and I was able to get the reduced price. However, I had to explain to 3 separate times why I had to return the item due to mislabelling. I should not have to keep repeating my explanation. Once should suffice. When I explained it to the sales person who rang up the original purchases during my first visit when I made the original purchase, she should have taken care of this exchange personally. In the alternative, she or the store manager should have instructed the cashier to do an even exchange but credit me the difference in price. They both declined to assist me but send me to the cashier. Of course, I had to explain to her for the third time. When I put on this third pair after I came home , I discover that this third pair which was on sale was 1 inch shorter than the pair I had already worn at christmas even though both were labeled the same size. Conclusion: some of the clothing in the store are mislabeled in size. Caveat: one must try on every single piece of garment that she intends to purchase. Do not trust the labels on the clothing as the sizes may not be accurate. Do not assume that the measurements are identical just because they are labeled the same size.
