I found Hospice of Grace to be a haven of compassion, ensuring my loved one's final days were comfortable and peaceful. The staff, from nurses to caregivers, showed unparalleled empathy and professionalism, catering to both our physical and emotional needs. They adopted a holistic approach, focusing on more than just medical care, which truly set them apart. Their commitment to personalized care made a significant difference during a critical time, proving to be an invaluable resource for my family and me.

My wife’s grandmother was admitted to hospice care due to advanced stage lung cancer. Throughout her time in hospice, she received exceptional care and support from the hospice of Grace team. The nurses and caregivers were compassionate, attentive, and always ensured her comfort and well-being. Her pain and symptoms were managed effectively, allowing her to have moments of peace and relief. The interdisciplinary team collaborated closely to address all aspects of her physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. The chaplain provided comforting spiritual support, while the social worker helped us navigate difficult decisions and emotions.Despite the challenges of her illness, she was able to spend quality time with our family and make meaningful memories. The hospice team also provided support and guidance to us by helping us cope with the impending loss and providing bereavement services after her passing.Overall, the care provided by hospice of Grace was invaluable in ensuring comfort and dignity during her end-of-life journey.

My wife received hospice care from Hospice of Grace and I can say that this place is one of the most irresponsible and careless places that I have seen. I regret that my wife had to spend her final moments under their care. They took terrible care of my wife and when she passed, she was in a worse shape than when she entered their care! The staff are not attentive and the wound care personnel are careless and clumsy. When the wound care came to change the dressing on my wife's wound, they did not clean the waste off my wife before putting the dressing back on. Because of their lack of care, my wife's wounds festered with pus and became inflamed. She was in so much pain when she passed. She could not sleep and eat and she looked like skin and bones when she passed. On my wife's final night, we had a nurse named Mabel. She was clumsy, unempathetic, and disrespectful. When she turned and moved my wife, she was careless and rough. I asked Mabel for help getting my wife's diaper and catheter out. Instead of removing the catheter, she cut it and the urine inside the catheter sprayed all over my wife's body. Mabel didn't even help me clean it off!! I wanted to dress my wife before rigor set in and she was useless. The only two good nurses that we got were Mallory and Andy Ng. And I appreciated the care from Elias Molina, the emotional and spiritual counselor. Everybody else was absolutely terrible.

Hospice is something no one ever wants to face but if you are at that point in your life, Hospice of Grace is the people you want by your side. Mom never wanted to pass in a hospital and Hospice of Grace helped us bring her home so she could pass in peaceful and familiar surroundings. Yadira and Mabel were the nurses here most of the time and they were EXCELLENT. So thankful for their competency and compassion. They did all the nursing stuff (meds, wound care etc) so that we could just be her daughters in those final days. Knowing she was in good hands meant that we could get some sleep at night. They were able to tell us when the end was near and were respectful when we asked to have just family in the room at the end. I can't imagine how those last days would have gone without these ladies. The whole team was outstanding.

Alzheimer's is a horrible disease. Probably the worst one out there in my opinion. When Martin came to meet with my family for my grandfather, he said something to us I will never forget. He said "Hospice is 100 percent about the patient and 100 percent about the family". and they lived up to that standard. The help and support we got from their team was amazing.

I am honored to share a heartfelt review for the exceptional care my grandfather received during his care with hospice of grace. Battling heart disease is an extremely challenging but the team at hospice of grace provided unparalleled support and comfort. From the moment they arrived, their personalized care and attention were evident ensuring my grandfather's specific needs were met. The open and honest communication and the quality of care, truly made a difference in his overall well being. The end of life support provided by this company was nothing short of remarkable, offering solace and guidance during a difficult time. I am forever grateful for the exceptional care my grandfather received, and I wholeheartedly recommend hospice of grace to anyone seeking compassionate and comprehensive hospice care.

I'll start my saying we initially didn't start with this company for my dads care. We had been referred to another hospice from my dads doctor and we just had a horrible experience. We switched to hospice of grace about a month into my dads care and it was such a night and day difference. From Martin the owner to the case managers and the nurses, everything was just amazing. They took care of my dad like they would take care of their own family. They really made my dads final days the best that it can be. Thank you to the whole team.

Amazing hospice definitely recommend them. Their case manager is very responsive and was extremely attentive to all of our needs. Their registered nurse was very kind and knowledgeable. They helped me through all the stages my mother went through. I am forever great-full for all that their team did for me and my family. Would definitely recommend them.

What an amazing team this agency has. They where there for us through the hardest time in our life. We will never forget how they took care of my grandma during her final days. Catherine the Nurse Practitioner was extremely knowledgeable in hospice and palliative care and really took that one-on-one time to care for my grandmother. The whole team was amazing. Thank you!

I can't even begin to explain how amazing this company was. My grandfather was diagnosed with lung cancer a few years ago and after fighting it for 2 years, the doctors recommended hospice. His doctor had recommended a hospice agency but we wanted to do our own research. My husband found hospice of grace through yelp and it was such a blessing to find them. They made the hospice process so easy and comfortable for us. My grandpas nurse Barbara was such a blessing. She was on top of his care and made sure everything was always taken care of. The agency as a whole was just amazing. We could not have asked for a better agency to take care of my grandpa in his last days.

Hospice of Grace has the most caring and compassionate team I've ever seen. They make such a difficult subject to talk about more bearable. Although, it is never easy talking about hospice their team makes sure to listen to all your concerns and does their best to explain every option you have. Their response time is really fast regardless if it's an emergency or not, someone is always available to help. I appreciate the care and support they given my residents & their families until the end.

I've been putting off writing a review for some time due to the busyness since the passing of my grandpa, but now that things have kind of settled, I have some time to sit down and write this review. I'll say, picking a place for hospice was nerve racking. I knew nothing about hospice care and what may happen, but knew that I needed to start looking. I stumbled upon Hospice of Grace and saw their reviews -- sometimes I'm skeptical of reviews and places if there aren't a lot of reviews (just because I know there are businesses that will compensate for fake reviews). I was a bit skeptical, but I decided to call. The staff spoke politely, and it didn't sound like they were trying to illicit business unlike the hospice that was recommended by the hospital (they sounded cold, uncaring..) Anyhow... I'm glad I stumbled upon Hospice of Grace. I'd been thinking about the words that I wanted to write here to express my gratitude toward Hospice of Grace, specifically Angela and Maria. It wasn't long that I worked with them, but in the two days that I'd been connecting with them, they've gone above and beyond in everything they have done. Angela was the main contact person and she was very communicative with me about the process and what was needed and what the next steps were. It was very overwhelming with how quickly things declined with my grandpa, and Angela and Maria were so helpful in speeding the entire home set up so that we could bring him home within a few hours. They were able to work magic on their end to really help me and my family bring my grandpa home as quickly as possible, as the hospital had just informed me before my call with Angela that he may not make it through the night. As hard as everything was and as much of a blur everything was during this short period of time, one thing I was certain of was the helpfulness and caring hearts of Angela and Maria. They always answered my calls, and in the moments when I couldn't utter the words to my family about what was happening, it was nice to feel that they were so genuine with their words, they lent a listening ear and showed empathy. I could not thank them enough and everything they were able to do for me in such a short amount of time. Losing my grandpa was something I was not prepared for, but unfortunately the time came. Angela and Maria being able to get my grandpa home in time so he can pass peacefully at home surrounded by family was everything I would have wanted for him, and I'm sure he would have wanted also. Angela and Maria and everyone else who had a part in my short time with you, THANK YOU. You all meant a lot to me and did a lot for me during such a difficult time and for that I'm forever grateful.

I was very hesitant to start hospice with my dad because of the extraordinarily underwhelming experience I had when my mom was dying. This was an extremely welcomed surprise. Everyone is so kind, and professional. The only issue I had was meds getting to us a few hours late the day my dad came home. Since then they have arrived as promised. We recently started constant care and the nurses are amazing. They are skilled, compassionate, and pleasant to be around. Being able to just be a loving daughter, rather than the oxygen and medication monitor is a welcome change. I highly recommend it, and The Hospice of Grace.

I transferred my mother in law from a "prestigious" well known hospice to Hospice of Grace. Hospice of Grace made her last month with us exceptionally comfortable, pain free, and gave her the quality of life every cancer patient deserves-something the other hospice wasn't able to do in over three months. Dr. Garo, nurse Syuzanna, and Director or Nursing Catherine tackled and managed every new symptom, rash, swelling, pain, etc... whether it was 2pm or 2am. We never felt alone during her journey and always felt like we mattered and were cared for. Hospice of Grace was with us from the start until her last dying breath, and we are forever thankful. If I could give ten stars, I would! Thank you Hospice of Grace and team for making this the best experience during the worst time. You are all angels on earth!
