They act like they are the police of the 2 parking spots labeled 15 minutes. I went in to the store and came out with a violation sticker on my front windshield. I called the Arcadia PD, it wasn't the PD, I called the owners of this dry cleaning and they asked me for my visa #. I can't support a business who try to act like they are the law!!! The sticker is super sticky and I couldn't remove the residue, super livid on how righteous these people are! I would never go to this dry cleaner.

This cleaners has to be the best I have ever gone to. The male owner and his wife are so nice and respectful. The alterations are done nicely. The prices are reasonable compared to other places. Highly recommend. Quality is the best.Services: Carpet & rug cleaning

Dry cleaning seemed fine. But the male owner purposely blocked my car from leaving when I was parked in front of their store, because he didn't know I was a customer. Then when I asked him if that was his SUV, he was too afraid to admit it. Makes no sense, why would you purposely block someone's car from leaving a parking spot even if they are a customer? When I found out the SUV was his, I told him I was a customer that just picked up dry cleaning (his wife can confirm), and not even a simple apology for not allowing me to leave the spot for 5 minutes. Very petty, when I parked to when I wanted to leave I was there for less than 15 minutes total (there are also no signs saying that the parking space in front of his store was designated ONLY for his dry cleaning). Well he just lost a customer for being so petty and ignorant.

My family and I have been going here for decades. It's run by the kindest people. We primarily use their dry cleaning, laundering, and pressing services, but their alterations and repairs are top notch. I was surprised they don't have more reviews because they are the best around, They so have a bonus card system, once you reach a certain amount you get $10 off, which is pretty nice!

I have been remiss in not updating my review of Hilltop Cleaners sooner but I am taking the opportunity to do so now. After I wrote the first review, I informed the owner that I had done so and that it was only partially positive. He thanked me, quite profusely, for writing it & neither of us have mentioned it since. However, his wife went back to giving me the cheery service I have come to expect over the 18 years-now 21- I have taken my clothes to them. I once again wholeheartedly recommend their services, whether you have professional clothes, winter jackets, elegant dresses or bedspreads and comforters that need dry cleaning or you have clothes that need tailoring. Additionally, I have been most pleased with their handling & cleaning of an antique (early 1900s), handmade bedspread I bought about a year ago. Hilltop Cleaners is the best!
