My absolute favorite smoke shop, they have an enormous variety of everything and anything you might be looking for. Always super solid products and prices. Won't go anywhere else since I've discovered Elite smoke shop. Another huge plus is that all their employees and staff are always friendly and helpful. What a GEM!

I never even knew this place was here found it by mistake I am glad I did it is a nice place to go plenty of supplies the atmosphere is great and the Personnel was excellent check it out

The store sell's defective products and refuses to exchange! I thought I am the only one scammed by this smoke shop, but when I went to write a review, I saw the same concerns over an over. I bought an Elf bar, came to exchange it (after figuring out it was not working). Sure people who smoke know that it happens that sometimes an Elf Bar may be defective and any smoke shop must exchange it within an appropriate timeframe for the return. A lady named Jacqueline refused to do so. I asked to call the manager, because this is ridiculous to pay $25 and have a defective product on hand, she claimed "I am the manager". Well, sure she is not, according to the way she speaks and treats the customers. This business should rethink their policy as well as their hiring process. The "manager" was extremely rude, did not know anything about the product and did not even bothered to help. Disgusting place with cheap people. I recommend Monarch Smoke shop just 2-3 mins away from this place.

They have such a huge collection of everything! Vapes, bongs, butanes, all the goodies! And I really like that they close at 10pm. The store is pretty big compared to what the previous smoke shop owners there had the layout.

The shop sold me a faulty product and when I tried to return it after testing in my car they said no because of a so called store policy but never informed me about that policy. This so called policy is not posted anywhere on the store and is apparently not need to be told to the customer. Worker also admitted to letting multiple people a vape and then reselling it. NEVER COME This shop is a complete health hazard. Then got told it was my fault. This shop is unprofessional and a joke. Product here aren't worth the money and owner won't take responsibility of faulty product or broken products they sell. The owner would rather blame you than take accountably for scamming money buy selling broken products. DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE. Other smoke shops in the area are 1000% better than this sh*thole!
