We reached out to Coast Life to replace some of our windows in which Dennis came down for a consultation. He was very professional, showed us a few options (he had the options in person to see the differences), and didn't try to upsell us on anything that we didn't need. The windows were installed flawlessly and the sound package that we added helps tremendously with the road noise. Thank you again to Dennis & the team!

We had a wonderful experience with Coast Life Construction. Sean (owner) is quick to respond, extremely fair with his estimate, and was communicative through the whole process. We had windows replaced in most of our house, as well as some stucco work. Sean walked us through the whole process and again, gave us more than fair pricing. He went above and beyond, and even tried to replace a few windows that we didn't pay for. Joe and his team installed the windows, and he was very pleasant as it requires people to be in your house. Dennis is very professional, nice, punctual, and responsive at all hours. Even when we came across a minor bump during the project, he made sure to follow up proactively and make sure all things were in order. Very honest man!Sean also followed up separately to give his professional opinion on any thoughts I had around the project start date and punctually addressed any questions I had.Lastly, the team that showed up to install the windows were the tidiest contractors I’ve ever met. When I vacuumed and mopped after they left, there were barely any missed debris. Can’t ask for more given I’m a mom with a toddler.This company is phenomenal with their communication and I highly recommend!Service: Window installation

I was a bit skeptical about CoastLife when I first met Dennis, as I would be of any window contractor. I've had my opportunity at being a part of the "when will your spouse be home so we can finalize this deal at this low low today only price RIGHT NOW" spiel that is common practice with window contractors, and read about it more times than I can count. So needless to say, I was already not fond of window contractors in general.But I was instantly amazed at how knowledgeable Dennis was and how there were absolutely NO high pressure tactics put forth. It was a simple "If we get your business, thats awesome. If not, well at least we tried". To find a contractor that doesn't hold you hostage in your own home until you agree is a rarity in itself, but to find a contractor that then provides amazing service, product, and support on top of that, is truly the equivalent of winning the lottery.Dennis answered EVERY question I had, timely and thoroughly. I did tons of research on the product I wanted and had tons more questions about performance, color options, glass options, et al. Dennis tackled each and every one leaving no doubts in my mind, and helping me to ensure I was making the right choice. I chose Coast Life initially because they work with Anlin brand windows, but in the future, I would choose them again for how knowledgeable and helpful they are, as well as the amazing product and install to boot.As mentioned, I reached out to Coastlife initially because they listed themselves as an Anlin dealer, and when Dennis presented the Monte Verde line, I had questions and concerns. Dennis assured me that these were produced by Anlin, and helped provide performance documentation and more to show that these were just as good as the other style of windows that Anlin produces. While my skepticism initially stemmed from them being a cheap and weak window, I was given all the facts to show that they were just as good, if not better, as windows that cost much more than what I had purchased.On the date of the install, the workers got the install done within 2-3 hours at most. I was thoroughly impressed with their speed and cleanliness, and I appreciated the fact that they walked through the home with me to show me each individual window and ask if I had any questions or if anything needed improvement. They made an already awesome experience that much better.In the end, I am appreciative for Sean and Dennis for running an exemplary company and I would happily recommend them for any and all window installations. The No BS aspect of their business sets them apart from other window contractors, and the product they used as well as their professional installation makes them one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. I didn't even mention how great the price was, but it was definitely lower than every other estimate I got! Sean and team are just awesome windows experts! I have used them now for 2 jobs! They first replaced my living and dining room windows. Joe, the team lead is a very honest and hardworking man. His team goes right to work and pays attention to all the little details. I was so happy with the products and service, I used them a 2nd time for replace all windows in the master.
