I needed some help with a ring I had inherited and went to Mark Areias because they were close. I am so glad I did! Their shop is beautiful and the people are knowledgeable and helpful. They provide personal service that you just don't see any more. I will be going back for sure.

??% Class and style ?By far the classiest jewelry shop I've ever been too. They have everything and anything your hearts desire! If they don't, they can make it for you! The jeweler's craftsmanship is top shelf.I came in to get a retirement gift and I was able to fine this beautiful ring, an opal with a star burst patterned diamonds surrounding the stone. It was exactly what I was looking for. This shop is truly a one stop shop for any occasion.The holidays are just around the corner! With these fair prices your sure to find something beautiful for him, her, young or older.Talk about friendly and family oriented! Bella was such a knowledgeable and kind person to have helped me out with this ring and Mark was so wonderful he remembered me from years ago! As well as the gracious staff who also possess a great deal of knowledge too and are just as friendly.They also have a gorgeous shop in Carmel that offer watch repair and battery exchanges. So cool!Thank you all for making a special occasion even more dazzling than I could have ever imagined!

I highly recommend this local jeweler. Today I went to their shop to get my son's gold chain repaired. Not only did the folks at Mark Arias fix this piece within minutes, they refused to except payment from me. They were warm and professional and extremely efficient. What a gem in our community!

Excellent experience! I worked with Emma to buy an engagement ring for my, now, fiancé (she said yes) and Emma was fantastic to work with! Cannot recommend her and Mark Areias Jewelers highly enough. She turned the process from intimidating and overwhelming to enjoyable. Emma walked me through the process step by step and helped to me to select the perfect ring. I never felt pressured and was quickly put at ease by her guidance and expertise. I was amazed by the quality of the ring and my fiancé absolutely loves it. The entire experience with Mark Areias Jewelers was first class. I was so impressed with Emma. She really took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. We will definitely be coming back to get her help with wedding bands.

i had been searching for this particular bracelet for months, the ones i found were out of my price range...i think i saw every bracelet more than 10 times over and over and lo and behold, this bracelet advertised from Mark Areias jeweler in Carmel by the Sea appears out of nowhere it seems...wow, exactly what i wanted...gorgeous, outstanding, magical it seems and definitely affordable coming from an area that i love as well...needless that day i bought it...thanks to Shelly who handled the transaction so personally and professionally i am wearing the bracelet and it is in its forever home,,,i believe in karma and this was proof ...cant be happier and even though i live in florida...mark's will be the place for me...thanks so much

These folks are awesome!!!! I have been looking for a place to do jewelry repair since Aptos Jewelers went out of business and I have found my new home! Their selection is over my price range, but absolutely gorgeous. When I saw the elegant pieces they carry in the store, I was concerned at first that the repairs would be expensive, but they were ultra reasonable! They did a ring guard for me and noted that three of the four points holding my diamond in place needed repair. Lucky for me my ring was slipping off my hand before I lost the diamond. We got engaged! Now it was time to shop for our ring............ After going to a jeweler over the hill and leaving feeling off put from their strong sales approach we found ourselves close to home at Mark Areias Jewelers. We walked in the door and were kindly greeted. Mark sat with us for almost 2 hours, showing us options and sharing his great knowledge on diamonds. Mark helped us design the ring of my dreams and we so enjoyed working with him in the process. Me and the hubby highly recommend them!
