I have Experienced too last December 22 2022... i need to wire money to my family in canada for emergency i was inn after a 15 minute line ... and the teller Look @ me with my Caregiver attire because i really just run away to catch the bank time open as i explained i need do money wire... Teller told me..."madam do you know what time now?" i responded yes Mam it's 2:45pm... yes and it take 1hour do your wiring so i look @ the line there are 2 white blond client on line ... and teller advice me to make appointments... i just said No Thanks and finally i reach USBnk 7th st branch in Victorville by 3:18 pm and Help me with my transaction... Im Challenged in GODS WILLOpen a Branch US BANK and A MOTTO IN FRONTWELCOME TO "ALL HUMAN" BEINGSso if one beeing treated not a human by anybody in the bank... A HUMAN COSTUMER HAS THE RIGHT SAY YOUR FIRED.... mind you Tellers you are beeing pd with costumers revolving money invest or deposit in the bank for every single Cents counts in a bank/Stocks

I have been a customer of US Bank for over 14 years now. I've been through losing hundreds of dollars and head aches of constant broken down ATMs, but nothing compares to the disappoint of my most recent visit. I'm about to close escrow, and I needed to do a wire transfer to pay for closing costs. I went to this branch on 12/3/21, waited in line for well over 20 minutes, and when it finally came to my turn to be helped, I was told by the teller that I couldn't be helped and that I needed to make an appointment. I tried to explain to her that it was urgent that I get a wire transfer TODAY. She continued with " I don't have time, its too busy" to " I can't even do wire transfers, I don't have authorization" to "the manager can't help you because he's swamped" to " it takes over half an hour to complete a wire transfer and you only have until 2." Now keep in mind, this is approx 1:26 when she's telling us this, I guess hoping to get us to leave. I immediately said, OK well I'll pull my money out and with wide worried eyes, she asked to see my ID, but then continued to be unhelpful and suggested we visit another Branch that could help us instead, but she said probably not without an appointment. BTW, the was the VERY RUDE, waste of space, Blonde, Bank Teller, on the second to last station. Unfortunately I didn't get her name in my panic. We rushed across town to the Location on Bear Valley and Apple Valley road. After a much shorter line, which continued to almost the door before we left (making a point that it did get busy) the first thing I said to the teller was, I need a wire transfer, and her response was Absolutely, no problem. A wave of relief came over me, after the absolut hell I had just gone through thinking my 9 months of looking for a house and finding the perfect one was about to meet a disastrous end and I was going to lose my house due to the rude teller at the Vons location off Hwy 18. I told the very nice teller about what I had just experienced, and she asked who it was. I didn't have a name for her. She was very apologetic, and made sure that my wire transfer was more than taken care of. She was even able to get it processed and taken care of in minutes, even though they were quite busy, which was the excuse of the other teller not helping me. Its because of that helpful teller, and ONLY that teller that I'm not closing my account. I was literally planning on closing it asap, and getting a different bank. The only time that the HWY 18 location doesn't mind helping me is when I bring in deposits of a couple thousand dollars. The only reason I go to that location is because it is a lot closer to my current residence. Thank you so much helpful teller, at the Bear Valley/Apple Valley Rd location. You literally saved us and played a huge part in us being able to close our escrow and finally get our home. To the horrible banker at the HWY 18 location, I wish you nothing but a life of problems where nobody will help you.

Absolutely thee worst service in Apple Valley California. Albertsons branchThey don’t answer the phone or return callsI have been trying to get ahold of the branch for three days. This is deplorable !!!!!

Terrible service with manager and some clerks. They can not do simple transactions and can not answer simple questions. They making banking more difficult than it has to be. Making me feel that this is no longer the bank for me and my family and friends!

The two African American ladies in the front desk have an attitude problem, rude and disrespectful behavior it's ridiculous. The tatted women is just terrible at providing customer service. I would give them 0 stars if I had the option to. Never coming back to this bank again.

My mother had a problem with the ATM while withdrawing money from this location, my mother freaked out because she didn't know what was going on unfortunately my mother doesn't speak English very well , the two front desk woman were African American, one of them was tatted up and I believe she was the manager, she told my mother " I'm sorry we don't speak Spanish " and they both looked at each other and gave her a dirty look meanwhile my mom was just standing there until a random customer walked into the ATM and the tatted women asked him to translate telling her they couldn't do anything and she had to file a claim to the bank . However my mother still had questions so she waited there for my brother to arrived and translate for her, and when they noticed my brother waiting in line both women went inside the office then after the other lady came out saying the tatted women would assist him however the tatted women took time to come out and help him when she finally came outside to help she said "what" with a horrible attitude she couldn't even approach him the right way which I believe that's her job as a manager to provide customer service, During the entire conversation her attitude was just terrible rude and disrespectful. My advice to this African American Tatted women is I suggest you go find other job that makes you happy not miserable because clearly it shows you hate your job or your just racist to Hispanic people. For sure we will never be coming back to this place because it's just not right to get treated this way we are customers and we deserve to be treated with respect.

US Bank is my favorite bank. I like all US Bank's alot. I trust them. A very nice bank. Ethical. It is inside Albertsons. It's a very small branch. It does everything that I need. There is a sign outside of Albertson's on highway 18 that says that there is a US Bank inside. After parking, use the door to the right and you are closer to the bank from that entrance. If you are looking for a bank, this is it. You'll be happy.

Poor customer service....closing account ..my husband and I have been having issues with them since we opened the account...we decided to go with CHASE !!!!! Alot better , helpful, great customer service....

sent my wife into this branch because i thought she would assisted fairly with a deposit to our account that we have had with US Bank for a few years!! She went to deposit an Insurance check we received from Mercury for a Total Loss, because of the amount being Higher then THIS BRANCH thinks ia OK!! They put a Hold on the Check for up to a total of 2 WEEKS!!!! I have never been more insulted nor PISSED OFF!! I have personally deposited checks into the ATM MANY TImes!! For More MONEY!! and NEVER HAS THERE BEEN A HOLD!!!! I HAVE CREDIT CARDS AND LOANS WITH US BANK!!! AND DONT UNDERSTAND THE LOGIC??!!! OF COURSE I CALL AND THE BANK IS CLOSED!! WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BE OPEN TILL 5PM TODAY!! CALL CORPORATE AND THEY CANT DON ANYTHING BECAUSE IT IS A BRANCH DECISION AND NOT IN LINE WITH US BANK CORPORATE POLICY!! AND THE BRANHC DOESNT ANSWER THE PHONE!! AND KNOW I HAVE TO WAIT TILL TUESDAY TO HAVE THIS HOPEFULLY RESOLVED!! I BETTER RECEIVE AN ANSWER AND SOME SATISFACTION BEFORE THEN OR IM CLOSING MY ACCOUNTS!!! AS SOON AS THIS RIDICULOUS HOLD IS LIFTED OFF OF MY MONEY!! AND US BANK WILL LOSE A CUSTOMER DUE TO ARROGANCE OF A BRANCH!!
