Can't ever get any help. , tried to buy something locked up and every associate, it's not there department. Caters to people outside there store long lines because half the self checkouts don't work. Good prices if ya need cheap stuff

I do not like their customer service. I pay monthly and their website does not work correctly. I placed order for delivery the next day. I very shortly realized I forgot orange juice so the site says I have a certain time to add items that I forgot. I added item and paid. The next day they say it is not added to previous items I ordered, so I don't get delivered with what is already scheduled. Horrible service. I will cancel this so called service.

So.. I go to the customer service line and saw 2 lines. Curious me asked one of the staff with the yellow vest on to find out what the difference is between the lines (just wanted to make sure I was in the correct line). He says only one line and he told the cashiers to make sure that there’s only one line, like the cashiers have time to check the line? NOT!!! They are too busy to pay attention to the line. Okay, 10 minutes in line.. one cashier closed down (mind you now, they only had two cashiers to begin with). I asked the gentleman in front of me to save my spot while I talk to the same gentleman and discussed the situation (he was the one who gave her permission to close her register). He said I will send someone over shortly, I then asked him how short is shortly.. he then pointed at the direction in front of me and said that the woman ahead of us is looking for someone so I said okay. I go back to my spot in line did my transaction and no one ever came “SHORTLY” like he said. I don’t know who the store manager is but whoever he is... he needs to walk all around the store all day long so he can see what’s going on. I waited 45 minutes in line to get what I needed. 5 star rating for Leticia the only cashier left. She just kept on helping people. She didn’t smile much but I fully understand, power to her for holding down the fort.. I did tell her she’s doing a wonderful job to keep her encourage. They should always have more people working in that department. I mean employees were going in and out of the room next to the customer service area putting stuff away, I think customers should be taken care of first than the stuff they’re putting away. Anyways, next step would be calling corporate office.

Doordash is the company used to do your shopping and home delivery. Right now, I'm not aware of any Costcos offering phone ahead orders for pickup.

Stop by today to do some shopping purchase a few items be careful with your Supplies that you purchased from Walmart because wants to tell her put it through the Scanner suddenly it’s not in your bag when you get home and check the receipts Before you leave the door check your items and make sure nothings missing missing

Decent store. Workers are scarce when you need eyeliner or pack of socks. People in electronics have been pretty on point last 2 visits ????

I used to have an occupation at Wal-Mart, i love going shopping here it's better than Shopping at Safeway When I used to have an occupation there, Its a shame they fired me....i made great friends at Wal-Mart too

I wish I could give them 0 starts. Worst customer service ever. The bakery closes at 1pm and I reached Walmart before closing time and the lady refused to serve. As per her, she clocked out early. When reported, the supervisor (coach) doesn’t care either. I really wish the store goes bankrupt. Worse Walmart ever.

Dirty and everything was locked up so don't go close to closing and expect svc to buy something more than one item locked up because employees seem to disappear closer to closing making it hard as heck to buy anything in a locked glass case so Goodluck more than I am more than just disappointed with this walmart sadly won't go back anytime soon ?
