Absolutely amazing!!! I would 100% recommend!!! The veterinarian April was super nice and helpful! She goes above and beyond for my puppy. Giving me recommendations for food and care. The price is incredible and service is amazing!

They are very nice. I had 2 ferral boys needing to be fixed. The price was great. I am now waiting for them to open the schedule up again so I can get a few more ferrals fixed

My 11 year old son call there yesterday around 4:30 pm asking about a cat
And the person who answered the phone was just rude! (to a kid just asking questions.)
Like she was irritated. He asked basic questions and her answers were very sharp and short with obvious frustration. I got on the phone to make sure I wasn’t processing this the wrong way, sometimes people just have weird tone or way of say things. So I started clarifying his questions and she was like NO!, WE DON’T!
WE’RE NOT AFFILIATED! And then what are you looking for?
I told her she was rude!
She was quite and still did not apologize.??
Customer service is definitely not for her!..

I donated a bunch of food to this organization and it was not appreciated at all. When I left out the door, not even a thank you. The cats are smelled terrible and the litter box wasn't changed. I give 2 stars because I think they help the community with giving out free food. For an organization based off of donations, you'd think they'd be thankful and appreciative of 6 cases of food. My only saving grace is that it's going to help the cats. I love to help animals in need but I do not see myself donating too much in the future. Very upsetting.
