We have been Sprint/T-Mobile customers for years and I have always dreaded having to go into the store or over the phone for fear of walking out having been pushed to get more than I wanted and/or not having my issue resolved. Not this time, between Adrian in store and Alex over the phone, I was well taken care of. They understood my issues and went over and above to rectify my problems. Thank you Adrian and Alex!”

“This 7-11 is under new management since April 2022. The new female owner has turned this store around with new renovations. The store is much cleaner and the customer service is second to none. I would highly recommend you to pay a visit here. So much new variety of food and drinks are now available that were not there before. FIVE STARS!!!”
“Couple of different times items that I usually buy at 7/11 were unavailable, however variety of inventory still gave me plenty of other options. This is a very busy location, so parkiny can be hactic. Employees moving fast to and always look h3lla busy. However, line of costumers were moving quick. Had overall good experience.”
“My grama HATES technology and she's is super hard to explain things to l but I finally convinced her to go with me to metro and buy a cell phone. Honestly never in my life have I gotten service better then the women who helped my grama . She EXPLAINED everything perfectly even set up an email account . My grama must have asked the same questions like 20 times even I was getting frustrated but Danielle was sooo sweet and patient. I think every1 could learn a bit from her. I will never go to any other metro store again . Metro has a wrap for being a bit ghetto but Danielle completely changed my mind. Whoever hired her is a genius wish there were more ppl as sweet as her at other cell phone stores.”

V neck shirts was my favorite design to add to my new fit at the time and plenty of them is always available to get for the lowest price with a quality that last for very very long ... Ben n Jerry was my favorite cooler after a long tiring hmmm mostly boring day lol last would be myself opening my own 7/11 n serving the best to all regulars or future new comers to make a business turn it's profit to a new location again open for business!”

“I go to this store all the time. The employees there are very friendly and helpful. People get the impression that people from other countries are rude when lots of times it's the language barrier or it's there own selves having an attitude first being stereotypical.Anyways I took the extra effort and when I come in I make sure to say hello, make eye contact and smile. Now when I go in, they're familiar with me and will go the extra mile to help.Also these convenient stores deal with a lot of shoplifters and troubled people acting out...yelling .cursing and the employees have to manage to help customers and be on their guard at the same time. Ppl should just see things from all sides before passing judgement.”

Overall had no complaints the only thing is someone was following me talking to themselves which I'll talk right along with them it doesn't scare me or make me nervous it's just not somewhere I prefer to go.They had what I needed I'm not complaining thanks hope this helps!They also had a lot of parking a big parking lot and a gas station there on the corner so it's really convenient.”
