Bought a box spring that made so much noise I thought it was my floor cause I had wood floors but when o moved I noticed the noise was still there horrible box spring was horrible I had to buy another not from this place and my bed is quite ugh

Had a great experience! I visited with my fiance and talked over options with the salesman - Maroof. He was very knowledgeable about the different products and was extremely helpful. We never felt pressured by him and could tell he wanted to help us find a couch that would work best for us. The pricing he offered was extremely competitive and he was very responsive with updates on delivery. The delivery team was very professional, fast, and ensured that the reclining couch operated as it should. I would definitely recommend buying through them and will go back to them for my next furniture purchase!

Will not order from here again I purchased 6 thousand dollars worth of stuff let’s just start off with my stuff was suppose to be delivered a week later from my purchase date and then the 3 other times they didnt show up the 4th time they said they would be coming they couldn’t because one of the drivers wrecked the truck the next day they said they will be here and didn’t come because the driver wanted the day off and they couldn’t rent a uhaul they were all booked another day passes and one the guys shows up to unload everything alone says he’s waiting for someone and let me tell you he’s in the crashed truck my fridge is leaking and they said I can’t plug it in till the following day because of the antifreeze, in the fridge fine I let it go didn’t say anything but why tell me my fridge would be set up as well as the washer and dryer and none of that was done just left in the room in the boxes the owner said in a text he would give me a free rug for all the inconvenience I didn’t need it but appreciated it because of all the trouble they didn’t even bring the carpet customer service and the products from this place sucks don’t waste your time or money he will just give you the run around and make everything sound good but it’s all lies and trouble a big big headache .

I stomped upon this place looking out for furniture for my new home in Brentwood. I was glued to the transformer sofa that was displayed right in front of the store. This place has all the variety you would need and by far one the best prices in the area including delivery and setup. Maroof is the person to go to when you enter the store. I would recommend to select your furniture, have some window shopping done to decide what you would best fit and come back to Maroof to complete your purchase. Highly recommend this place. My next furniture purchase is this stop again.

Maloof, the manager on September 30,2022 was told not to order any furniture until the final documents where received from the Contra Costa County Public Housing Authority for my attendance and signature upon the inspection that the apartment was ADA with the floor plan for the small wheelchair accessible apartment for sight impaired senior that required an attendant upon locating . He acknowledged that he would not deliver or order any furniture as his license had not been verified or with the BBB.He stole $2,000 from the county by deception by someone else authorizing a delivery without leaving any paperwork for any defects of the merchandise.I never ordered any furniture since he never provided me with the item number that I had tested only one but he never contacted my phone to verify another visit to his store after I received the required documents from PHA that have never been received at my mailing address that is still 2101 Loveridge Rd, Pittsburg, CA 94565 in an ADA room since BACS cannot manage that sight from security breaches occurs on a regular basis. The fraud in Contra Costa County government agencies and not-for-profits refuse to be terminated for false information provided without abiding by the ADA law.

Maroof at East Bay Furniture is amazing! We have worked with them three times now. We have gotten Washer ,Dryer , Fridge , bed set and most recently a beautiful couch.
