I had an awful experience at this car wash. I have MS and am unable to receive a second dose of the vaccine in order to be fully vaccinated. When I asked a staff member to socially distance from my car they refused stating that they don’t have to socially distance or wear a mask because they are all fully vaccinated? Which I have no proof of. The supervisor or assistant manager Kiki had an attitude when I asked some very simple questions in an effort to protect myself and the residents that I care for in an elder care facility around the corner from this location. The service was awful and I would never recommend anyone risk there health by going to this place. I traveled to several other washes in the area that both socially distance and wear a mask PER THE MANDATE!

This is the second set of frames I have purchased for my car in the past 5 months the first set had sapphire stones on it so I get why they came off, but this set is attached at the to & bottom & also double stick tape attached to the plate & still got damaged by the wash. The was leaves spots on the car every time. They also do not pay attention to the order the cars come in so I have sat to be checked in several times while other cars that came in after me get helped.

It's not a Prowash as Google says, it's a 76 with a terrible car wash. There's a shell across the street with a better car wash, but both are pretty bad touch washes.
