I moved out of Arlington Creek Apartments in September 2023 after living there for approximately 10-11 years. While there, I experienced a few property managers come and go as management was restructured. The first property manager Jody, was great; the in betweens not so much. Arlington Creek Apartments scored when they connected the management dream team (in my eyes) Marigold and Carmen have been nothing short of amazing! They provided structure for the complex by enforcing the lease contract for example no smoking inside of your unit, they kept the property clean with their wonderful maintenance staff. They were available to answer questions and provide quick responses should on a rare occasion my unit needed attention. The management team were also pleasant and easy to speak with. Oh the apartment complex was affordable!!! Unfortunately, I had to make a big girl decision to move out to secure my own home. I am truly grateful for the experience my girls and I had at Arlington Creek and highly recommend Arlington Creek as a place to call home. Thank you Marigold and Carmen!

We used to live for a few years in one bedroom apartment here, than we moved to 3 bedroom apartment here because of family expansion, both units were really good, we enjoyed our living here.Never had any issues with noise community, also parking is really good, it has a lot of open spots so when you have friends in your house it’s never a problem to park their car.There is also a big park behind the apartment, for those who have kids, it’s absolutely amazing!!!Office workers are very polite and helpful, very easy to communicate!Overall it’s great location to live and price is lower than other similar communities.

I have been living here for over 3 months now. Love this place and the neighborhood. Walking in the park after work or morning walks on the weekends, makes you feel so good and relaxed. The office ladies, Carmen and Marygold are very nice and doing their best to accommodate everyone’s needs. Jose is a great maintenance guy as well. Would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone!

Very good apartments. Office workers Carmen and Marygold are the best: professional, helpful, and supportive. We lived here for a good amount of years and we never had any issues. Handyman comes the same day you’re calling about work order and takes care of everything u need. Only good memories here…

If you move here please by your own security cameras. The cameras have been out at this complex for over 4 months and they have failed to fix it. The so called "security" comes 2 nights a week for maybe 30 mins and leaves.. My catalytic converter was stolen two times within five months living here in this apartment complex. Neighbors have had their whole car(s) stolen and the teenagers who come from the park vandalize the apartments. The mangers fail to do their job on keeping the place safe and fail to do the proper steps to ensure safety.

In 3 years of living the Arlington Creek experience, I must say I grew to love living there. The previous staff seemed entirely inept, oblivious to any/all California standards or law, and generally did not seem to care. The turnover in staff was heaven sent. Very pleasant to deal with and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to tax credit, periodic inspections, price increases, renter' rights, ETC. Installation of security cameras and new security patrol eliminated unwanted foot traffic from the area and homeless passing through. Kudos to management for their diligence and actually taking pride in their job/community.

Office staff is very professional and very clear on regarding rental information. Move in was a breeze, even during a pandemic. The property it always clean and closely cared for. Not to mention, it’s very quiet! Would recommend tenancy here!

Great apartment. Very tidy inside and out. Management gets things done in a timly manner. Stuff gets fixed really fast, all you have to do is come and tell them. If you don't tell them something is broken, they won't know. This property has been under new management past 2 years. People that lived her before the new management have seen the drastic change. Good change. Highly recommend this property to all my friends. Best place to live in antelope.

This is an amazing property. I absolutely love the management. They are super friendly and have always answered any questioned i have had. The maintenance guy, Alfonso, is amazing! Gets everything fixed either the same day or the next. I have friends who complain that nothing is fixed in their property, that their maintenance person is lazy. We dont have that problem here. Alfonso is the last person I'd call lazy.Yara(manager), is always on top of things. If i need anything, she is always willing to help. Mind you she is pregnant, and still has her A game on.The office is always tidy. The coffee in the loby is always stocked. Alfonso and Yara keep it professional 100% of the time. Definitely a place you can call home.
