We frequent Murphys P O. and the Angels/Altaville P.O.s also.

Our parcel locker in Angels Oaks, on Rocky Ridge Lane has been broken for weeks, and the PO keeps using them for delivery but the supplied key will not open it ! Reported to the post master and delivery driver with NO corrections being made. FIX IT !!!

Weekend package pickup is a sham. Hours were shortened to just an hour from 9-10 Am. No signage on door to show time of service. Noisy in back room so they can’t hear the knock even when knocked hard. Finally when acknowledged was ordered to hurry up as they are in a hurry to get the postal route people on their routes. Post rates keep going up for less service is not gonna cut it for this 45 year customer. Counter service has improved somewhat lately as it had sunken to an all time low. The whole town has been unhappy with Angels PO the last couple of years. Is it they care more about Amazon and UPS service than USPS service?

Was expecting a new cat collar and AirTag from Amazon today and order history says “undeliverable” and I have to go to the post office to pick up. We just picked all of our mail up the day before yesterday so I know box isn’t full. So irritating. We also get neighbor’s mail CONSTANTLY and they get ours. Isn’t that a federal crime?

Was not wanting to call the post office today, haven't had the best service in the past. A lovely gentleman answered the phone, answered my questions, offered help and was delightful to talk to. So refreshing

EWWWWW THIS PLACE (downtown Angels location) IS HORRIBLE...Withholding peoples mail until you bring them a piece of mail so they can unlock your PO box to get your mail sounds about staff there LOLI didn't know you could withhold mail from box holders when presenting "staff" with an ID card matching address and name.I will be filing a complaint even if it gets me nowhere.

Horrible new manager! On her first day she made everyone redo our box paperwork. Including people who just did it less than a month ago or our mail would be locked. Now have to show ID every time we go in to get our mail which will cause issues when picking up family mail in our boxes. With all the manager we had before this one is the worst.

Absolutely horrible service. Couldn't be even bothered to look in the back for my packages. Told me to come back later or "tomorrow" when they were confirmed delivered this morning. It's 1pm.

I would SO VOTE to have ALL their funds scrapped from this location.I had 4 separate vendors send me packages via USPS because they are small businesses. I got permission and gave them all the PHYSICAL ADDRESS as distinguished by the US Postal Service to the Calaveras Fairgrounds and Frog Jubilee. But because I did not use the P.O. box they returned to sender ALL of my packages without EVER Notifying the Shipper or contacting the County Fairgrounds. No customer service AT ALL. Cost my business over $2,000 in lost revenue, possibly over $4k.I want to meet this Post Master and demand his resignation and any others that were TOO LAZY to follow U.S. Federal law, that they have to attempt to deliver packages to an actual USPS Designated physical location.
