Well they ARE nice.. but unfortunately not very good mechanics or detail oriented in any way. I ALWAYS have to take the car back to fix something they didn't do right. ALWAYS. They ARE nice though and fix it when I bring it back.. so 2 stars. I won’t be going back again unfortunately.. after I bring my car back again on Monday to fix something they hacked. I have a joke.. they named it H AND H because you always have to bring it in twice.

The work was good. I had 2 tires replaced.. the issue I had was because I said no to them getting rid of the old ones I had to hear a joke by one of the employees about maybe I was "going to chop the old tires up and make sandals out of them to send to the poor kids in Africa." I guess they thought I was waiting inside.. I don't know. But I was standing right outside the shop in the door way.. I shouldn't have to, as a black man.. put up with hearing that kind of mess form a should be professional business... you guys can do better as far as making all customers feel welcomed. That was pretty disappointing.

The owner of H & H automotive, and his staff, including Jake, saved the day. We were on a once in a lifetime trip up to Yosemite and had a blowout. Three minutes before they closed, we pulled up. With smiles and appreciation and kindness they took us on and changed out the tire. Couldn’t have done the trip without them. Friendly people, professional work, and obviously willing to go the extra mile. Thank you H and H.

I called no answer
I drove there and they had a sign that said on lunch for 2hrs
Maybe they should put that on there website
So people don't drive there and get disappointed
It was 11am when I got there they said 1pm they will be back
Only places I know that do this stuff
Are companies that don't care about the people that help them stay in business
Hope I'm wrong

here's the most honest review you're going to get at first this mechanic shop seemed like a good mechanic shop until I took my vehicle to another mechanic and they did a real inspection on my car because I was still having the same problems come to find out my grandma got charged over $1,200 for half of the work that they were supposed to do it's a rip-off to go here they are disrespectful when you confront them about their wrong doing I ended up having to go pay another mechanic shop to do the work that they were supposed to do and more they are a liar and a cheat do not go to this business

Brought our truck in that was leaking coolant, they took us the day we called. They found the problem in minutes that another mechanic overlooked and had me out the door within a half hour! Owners and management were friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend!

My family and I were heading through Angel's Camp on our way into the mountains on vacation. Our vehicle began making a loud noise, so we looked up the nearest automotive repair shop and drove in without an appointment. The staff were friendly and courteous, they diagnosed the cause of the noise quickly and accurately, acquired the necessary part from a nearby supplier, and performed the repair while we waited. It took about three hours start to finish. I was very impressed by their knowledge, their understanding and responsiveness, and the quality of work they performed. Hopefully I will never have another emergency like this, but it's good to know that I have a place to go if I need to.

Called to get a smog test appointment. As I am out of state did not realize they do not do smog appointments or service. Left a message. When i did not hear back, I drove there. Busy place for sure. They referred me to another business 30 miles away. Seems this is the place to have work done when you need it. Just not a California smog test site.

I brought my Jeep TJ to another alignment shop, but they did not correct the horrible loose steering and death wobble. After bringing it to H&H on Monday, they quickly diagnosed a worn track bar, ordered it, and replaced it today (Wednesday), then aligned my Jeep. The steering is sooooooo much better, they did a fantastic job!!!

Was NOT at HNH automotive, yet. I have an apt for a week from today, however have no need for an appointment anymore as the problem has been fixed. This is the fourth time your "request for your customer experience" has been asked of me. So now I give one star before I could even get an appointment.

I can highly recommend this shop. We had a flashing check engine light and an engine 'shudder' that had us pretty worried. They understood we had a scheduled trip to the bay area, and squeezed us in. They checked the error code, diagnosed the problem and had us back in the car in under 3 hours for what I thought was a reasonable rate. Shout out to our mechanic Kyle, who was super nice and Michelle in the office too. Thank you H&H!
