Used to think our local hub was super reliable,until late last week...I get several packages a week from them,have for years. Also a mychoice member.I live on a regular neighborhood, in a regular house.Last week they delayed a packe for Holiday closure the day BEFORE the holiday.Then Monday delay because they said receiving business was closed.Yesterday I watched it on follow my delivery, come all the way out to our town, deliver a few packages and then drive straight back to the hub at 3pm! Shortly after many of my neighbors started asking if anyone is receiving their packages latley.At 7pm I get a text saying my package was on hold because they are trying to get security access to complete delivery!!! Unacceptable!!

Drop box outside for 24/7 drop offs if you have a prelabeled package. If not, walk inside during open hours and turn it in and pay for shipping, etc. Been there several times and three's always been parking immediately outside the door. They have always been nice to deal with. Longest line was two people in front of me (most the time no other customer there) and still in an out in less than 5 minutes.

I ordered a very important package and paid extra for fast delivery, I got a notification on my phone that it would be delivered today so I took the day off work. At about 2 pm I got a notification that my address was wrong and that I wouldn't be getting my package. My adress was right, the driver was just too lazy or stupid to get out of his truck and look at my door to find the "B". Now I paid extra and took off work for nothing because I won't be getting my package for another 2 days, they won't even let me come pick it up.Reply: I already did all that, I even talked to customer service even though it was harder to get ahold of a real person at UPS then it would be to get ahold of the president. I was told pretty much I'm screwed and not getting my package anytime soon. All because the driver was too stupid to figure out apartment numbers. I NEEDED that package TODAY not a few days from today.
