I was actually worried about having my things here at first because of how the surrounding area looks but my things have been there for over a year and in my opinion the place is probably the best storage I've had, and I have had storage units most of my life... good prices, very clean and well taken care of... I consolidated another 2 units I had into my unit here and it has been a great decision

We rented a 10x10 unit while our house was in the market. It was mainly for all my holiday decor and a few other items. Thank goodness most my stuff was in plastic totes bc after 2 weeks the unit was covered in mouse p**** I had a new pink dog bed they did pull the stuffing out of and found mouse droppings on the lids of all the totes. The owner acted like she disclosed this, which she did not. If we knew there was a rodent problem we would have never rented a unit. She said well it's in the paperwork you signed and most storage places have these issues. Idk but I've rented units from 2 other places and never found mouse p**** I would not recommend this place at all. I am also paying for the month even thought we emptied it out, I would give zero stars but that's not an option.

I Find B & T Whitehouse Storage With Bev, Excellent ! !As I have said before they have Security Cameras ? And They Use Them ! !I know because I was checking something out at the front gate one dark night before closing and they stopped me / got my attention at the road to ask me what I was doing.I knew then and there that THEY DO THEIR JOBS WATCHING OUT FOR THE PLACE ! ! Very nice lady name Beverly and her daughter. Really nice and clean storage. I would highly recommend this place over others. Very trust worthy. I have rented from other places, and wished I found this place a long time ago. Because I don’t have to worry about anyone getting into my storage that is not supposed to. Thank you Beverly.Hands down I give them 5*****
