I walked into the store and the old and over weight latina lady sitting at the door was already accusing me of stealing and demanded I show her a recipe for items that I brought from outside of the store and open my bags and show her and the ugly little manager with the long hair said that she is doing her job and if I don't like it then I can leave. I'm complaining to corporate.

Limited self checkout to 15 items or less forcing more people into checkout lanes, but hasn't put more people on registers. Now we are all forced to wait in obnoxiously long lines while self checkout is nearly empty.

Not a shine, I expected to find more Disney merchandise since it is "close", I found it disorganized and perhaps poorly stocked at the time, but it didn't dazzle me at all.

The phone number for pick up on all pick up parking space signs is a non functional phone number. Makes the pick up process a hassel.

Almost all hygiene is locked up and it takes 15 to 20 minutes for someone to come there to help you, if you are lucky to have someone show up. I suggest to go somewhere else.

Come early before 10am the store is completely empty of customers and loads of employees stocking shelves. I had an appointment for oil change and it took them only 30 mins to do it. Got some pet stuff, paid in Auto Center and out the door.
