I used to be a loyal Target customer, but my recent visits have been incredibly frustrating due to excessively long lines. Target is slowly becoming Walmart. Even the self-checkout has become a test of patience, with only three registers open and a sea of people waiting. It's perplexing to see more staff on the floor than at the registers. The employees often appear more focused on chatting than assisting customers, and it feels like they may not be the right fit for the job.During my last visit, I endured an agonizing wait at guest services. I had initially opted for drive-thru pickup, but all parking spaces were occupied. Reluctantly, I went inside only to be greeted by an overwhelming line. To make matters worse, a significant portion of the queue consisted of customers waiting for pickup, with just one person bringing out the items.This experience left me frustrated and questioning Target's operational efficiency. It's disheartening to witness such disorganization and long waits. I hope Target addresses these issues promptly, as it's affecting the overall shopping experience for many customers.

I'm obsessing with the Christmas time of year!!! I would like to give a huge thanks to Jayla for assisting me and my husband today when trying to locate an item. She stayed positive and was super determined to locate the item we were looking for. Your customer service was beyond great and we will definitely be returning again. Thank you for taking the time to help and staying positive throughout our shopping experience.

Just came on to update my review, wishing there was a zero star option. Nothing has changed. This store has only gotten worse with an insane amount of homeless outside and shoplifting inside. To protect assets many stores have added locked shelves, but with the issues trying to find a member in the first place it has only gotten worse. The go-back cart is often left overflowing day by day and the shelves are never stocked. Don't bother asking a member. I've seen food go backs sit for hours (milk, creamer, lunchables). Would not recommend ever getting groceries here. Don't bother with drive up or pick up because you'll wait 20 minutes easily. This store has got to go, and so do the careless employees. I will say, they cleaned up nicely one time for corporate when I went shopping one morning. Great show target, bravo! (Not)

Not in the great neighborhood. Most items either gone, got locked up behind the glasses or very disorganized. A lot of interesting characters inside and out the target...will pass...

I haven't been here in months but uh, half the store is behind glass. I heard about this but never saw it firsthand until now. Makes walmart look pale in comparison. Why even shop here when you can get the same thing online for less? If theft is such a big problem, hire more security.

The product is the same as always. Average and cheap. Nothing special - and is fine - but this location kept dropping our calls. The customer service desk hung up on us (after hearing them in the background) and all other departments wouldn't even pick up the phone. Already not a huge fan of target, but this location is another reassurance that it's better to just save the extra dollars going to Walmart. They at least pick up their phones.However they did have swim diapers when no one else did. Even though they were hiding in the corner and the packaging was in terrible shape.. they had it. So I guess that's a small win.

When you do pickup / drive-up orders here, DOUBLE CHECK your receipt after you pick up because they will OVERCHARGE you for bag fees that you didn't use.I drove up to pick up the order and proactively let the team member know that I brought my own bag and to not charge me for a bag. He says "Yeah, we never charge for the bags and I'll make sure you don't get charged." (um hmm)I checked my receipt after and was charged $0.90 = 9 bags?! I immediately call their customer service number to get it refunded. This isn't their first time. I uploaded receipts as proof. Call 800-440-0680 to get it refunded and report to attorney general. I can't imagine how many people they see STEALING money from and are unaware they are doing this.

This is a decent Target in terms of size, feeling safe while shopping, selection, etc, but there's a couple great things going for this SoCal tourist. First, it has a great location, not far at all off the freeway, Second, it's been our go-to place when we arrive in Anaheim for our Disneyland trips- not just to stock up on water, snacks, etc, but also because they have a nice selection of Disney merchandise at much cheaper prices than if you bought them inside the park! Mickey/Minnie ears, autograph books, keychains, postcards, mugs, that sort of stuff. Definitely recommend you stop by for that before you go into the park, it could be a great moneysaver for you!

I spent $87 bucks at Target via Uber Eats. It is pretty awesome that Uber Eats is now offering grocery delivery. I might not need my Instacart account anymore. Anyway, I wanted some food. Because food is life, literally. Need it to survive. So, I wanted some things from Target. Because Target is the best. I love Target so much! They have a great selection of vegan friendly and plant-based products available. But I was also feeling kind of lazy. I worked 11 hours and didn't feel like going to the store. I placed an order on Uber Eats and waited for them to deliver. My order was correct, came on time, and the food was all fresh and packaged well. Very happy with my decision. Target rocks. Change my mind lol :D

An excellent place to grab a snack.Located off the freeway and easily accessible.I ended up buying the last cheese pizza for my son as well as an icee! Excellent customer service and their restrooms are super clean.I wouldn't hesitate to drop by here again.

Really nice customer service is the thing that I appreciate the most. Everyone who works here seems like they actually care about their job. Nowadays it does not seem like many people at department stores really care about their job I'm not sure if it's because of the economy or the times that we are in. But this location is different I was even able to get a really good deal on sunflower seeds. I have a certain brand that I love in this target is the only location that actually has them

Horrible experience. Always loved this target but after my experience today, I'm warning others to stay away. If you need to return something here even with a receipt, don't count on getting your money back, they'll just give you a gift card. When you ask why? Their answer is they've been scammed a lot. I'm sorry but how is that my fault?? So because of these criminals, good people aren't being able to get their hard earned money back. Times are tough and I was really counting on that. Anyways, I called their corporate office to make sure that this is something that's being done everywhere, turns out it's not. The representative said this should've never happened and now I'm supposed to drive back here and ask for my money back again to fix it. Be aware..

There's something sketch going on at this Target, I bought a Black Friday deal that came with a $50 gift card. I go to use the gift card today and I'm told there's a $0 balance on it, and all the employee can say is that it shows it was used December 4th. When I called the support line, I'm told it was used in freaking Massachusetts....., if you do a little bit of research you can see that this is a common occurrence with gift cards in Target. I'm not pointing any fingers but they need to figure this stuff out instead of letting it slide, I'm sure other people have experienced much bigger losses.
