I rarely take time to write reviews but Stanley London's Customer Service was so exceptional, so I took the time to write this. I've had my telescope for a number of years and one day it was knocked over onto a hardwood floor and it has not been working for over 8 years due to severely misaligned optics. My Assistant did some research and contacted Stanley London, within minutes they replied to me. I was sent a box with labels to use for shipping my telescope and within a few days it was repaired! All charges were paid following completion of the repair. Their fees were fair and market competitive. I highly recommend this company because of product quality and follow-on customer service. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

I recently ordered something on Amazon from Stanley London. I had a minor issue with the product when it arrived, contacted the seller, and they took care of my issue immediately at no cost.Great people to do business with !!!

Great staff here to assist you. I called, spoke to Brian,told him what I was looking for. Upon arrival, he had everything I needed. Best of all, it was engraved on the spot in just a few minutes Excellent selection, all very good quality and much more than what's on the website. Ask, they probably have it Thanks again Brian!!

Amazing products and service! You can peruse their product selection for yourself, but I'll attest that the items are high-quality, functional, and beautiful. I ordered more than a dozen brass compasses as groomsmen gifts, each with a unique engraving, and they exceeded my expectations - not only are they beautiful pieces to show off on a shelf, but they are every bit as functional as the lensatic compasses I've used in the Army, Scouting, and backcountry hiking. In addition, the sales staff were very helpful and the order arrived surprisingly quickly. I highly recommend Stanley London for anyone that is looking for a brass instrument or a personalized gift.

I love Stanley London. I found them by chance online-my daughter and I drove down to purchase a compass as a Christmas gift for my son. Everyone there was so great. Brent took his time telling us about the different compasses and engraving options. He was so great with my daughter too. Him and everyone there made a sentimental gift even more special just by their kindness and willingness to help. If you are looking for a compass, engraving, or a special and unique gift; this is the place to go!

Found them online and emailed them. They have warehouse with an attached office. I emailed them asking to come in. Steve asked me all the compasses I was interested in so he could pull them ahead of time. Once I got there the requested items were pulled out. He even had samples of engravings. He was so wonderful to work with. I bought the most beautiful compasses for my children as a keepsake during my upcoming wedding. They engraved them on the spot. I can not recommend them enough. I will be back for gifts. First class service while supporting a local business is a win in my book!
