This is the ghettoest, most run-down Shell station I have ever been to. Car wash is broken, air is broken, vacuum is broken, water is broken, pump handles are rusty and don't latch, pump faces are held together with masking tape. There is no handicap assistance buttons on the pumps and they have the Weights & Measures stickers torn off of them all. Disgusting fuel station. I've seen 7/11 gas stations in North Las Vegas nicer than this.

Probably the best experience I've ever had at a gas station. Totally made my day. The attendant was so kind and asked me and my 6y.o. daughter how our day was and he helped her picked a hot chocolate flavor and then after we paid he came out and offered to pump my gas for me. I don't think I've ever had anyone offer to pump my gas for me in my whole life. I was taken aback by the kind gesture he was such a sweet man.

I'll give a zero if I could for their misleading prices and when you use your credit card off course they will never warning you about additional charge .no scanner I bought soda they named juice and they put whatever prices make small can of soda for $1.5. And 16 oz bottle of soda$ 2.5. Even if I am running out of gas I WILL NEVER TO GO THERE AND I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO Anyone running out of gas I WILL NEVER TO GO THERE AND I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE

I'd give zero stars if I could. The car wash is completely run down and doesn't have soap. Paid for a deluxe wash, I could have just used a water hose at home and it'd look better. Store attendant gave me a code to use it again since he couldn't refund my money after I complained. I returned 3 weeks later (only to use the code ) and it's still out of soap and the back half of my car wasn't even touched by the water.

Shady, shady, very shady. The pumps outside wouldn't work so I had to use the machine inside which, not surprisingly, had issues too. The bewildered (not) clerk gave me some instruction on how to use the atm payment machine inside which made me even more suspicious. Well my account was hacked and after reviewing my statement the bank manager and I came to the very obvious conclusion that it occurred there. *******If you decide to use this station be very cautious*******

I had an event I was on my way to, so I was dressed up and in heels when my car indicator light said my tire was low. I went inside and the attendants inside were very warm and friendly while I purchased a drink and asked for the air. The gentleman insisted that he help, so we both went to fill my tire! He even had me roll my vehicle forward a bit to see what was causing the air leak and discovered a screw! I was so happy it wasn't a rim issue or something more expensive! Thank you sir for being quite the gentleman and a kind person!

Worst car wash I've ever gotten. I paid for the highest car wash with "hot soap" ($7). The machine sprays soap and then water. I realized that the wash didnt have any scrubbers or brissles only after I left wondering how my car was still dirty. The drying process was the worst part. The fans began drying my car but the machine leaks water to your car doesnt even dry. You have to dry your car yourself but that's even worse because there's still dirt on your car so you'll end up scratching it. Never coming back to this place. I drove straight to an actual car wash that I go to. I only picked this one because I've had good washes from other Shell stations in the past.
