I love Private Fitness. I was initially not sure I would like pilates or if I could do it. Julie and team took me under their wing and now I am going to pilates twice a week and wish I had time to do more. Of course, they do more than just pilates!!

My fitness instructor has a really nice presence and I feel comfortable trying new things and not feeling silly if I didn’t do them right. I love training with him and I feel like I’m so much more healthy and have so much more energy.
