Stopped in to pick up dog food since I was in the area. OMG! the smell was overwhelming. The employees are not cleaning out the cages of the animals. It was so disgusting, I couldn't get out of that store fast enough.

A big shout out to Bree! I cut my dogs toenails and one was bleeding and Bree came to my rescue by suggesting a product that was carried at Petco. Both her and the young man that was working there were very friendly and helpful.

I went there a few times and people were rude plus the prices were wild. I recommend going to Pet Supply Warehouse in Anaheim instead!

This is the worst Petco, and I returned to get the food I bought about 10 day ago and was mistreated, especially by Robert. I will post his picture. He was rude and instigated people against me and then decided that I was not to be served by them. Mind you, I was retrieving food that I had to pay $30.00 for it. They chose not to serve a customer for the past 3 years.

This store is the WORST! Today is the second time I've shopped here and the second time I've been treated like crap. Thought maybe the first time was a fluke but nope. After my experiences and reading all the other reviews, apparently this the norm here. I placed an online order for in-store pickup, but it wasn't received by the processing folks even though I had the order number and my cc had been charged - that's okay things happen. The person working in the store helped me get that all sorted out. He was nice, helpful, and said he'd void out the online order and we could do an in-store transaction. That sounded good to me. Things were going just fine... until I went to check out and noticed that the price was different - almost double, in fact. When I asked that it be adjusted to what I was charged when I placed the order four hours ago, he became very agitated, rude, and condescending, acting like he was doing me some huge favor by charging me the same price for the same items that he literally just voided - seriously?? WTF? Pay attention to what everyone else is saying, and do not shop here! There's PetSmart at SAVI Ranch that will treat you right.

This review is entirely for the grooming salon. We recently moved to Anaheim Hills and this was the closet groomer so I figured I would give them a try even though I had my reservations based on prior reviews. I booked an appointment online. When I arrived, the lady at the front refused to give my dog a haircut claiming they don't give haircuts for my type of dog. My dog is a small terrier/chi mix. The lady made some weird excuse about double layer or something. I just walked out because the whole interaction was weird and made zero sense. I immediately called my old groomer and scheduled an appointment. It's a little bit of drive for us, but the drive time is worth avoiding this place. Do NOT use!

Only local store that had my bird's food. When i tried to. Get a variety i checked the expiration date and the read "best by 3/30/20" that basically went bad as soon as the pandemic started and it's still sitting on their shelves over 2 years later! Their prices don't match the app prices either. Will be ordering through the app and returning with my receipt.

Horrible customer service by manager and associate at the store...i bought a few packs of overpriced aquarium plant bulbs....i tried but they did not sprout, so i went to exchange...it had been 40 days as i was waiting for them to sprout...i was told their return policy is 30 days.....period.. the manager offered no other option or solution...they really need to learn customer service here.

Best Petco ever! This group is very personable and very knowledgeable about anything you ask. And if they don't know...they will always have a suggestion of someone else on their team that can help me. The ones that I constantly interact with are Pablo, Chris and Austin. Super Knowledgeable and very very helpful. The manager is also very nice and is always very helpful! Many thanks to this great team!!!!

GM at Anaheim location isn't friendly or kind to good employees. An when you walk in too see people who work there you feel the negative energy she's putting out.
