I went today to exchange three outfits for larger sizes. The employee at the register was great. Very helpful. Old Navy has the best customer service I’ve seen.

Love the sales they have! The store can get kind of messy during holiday season and low in store stock, but most stores are like this during the holidays. So if possible order online! Staff are friendly and help if you have questions.
