I recently had the pleasure of having an online chat followed up by a phone conversation with Sarah at Anaheim Mercedes Benz. I didn't ask for her official title but she was doing customer rep work for the sales department. I have done many years of customer rep work and Sarah is awesome! Polite, efficient, knowledgable, available, soooo on top of it. She answered all of my questions, immediately notified a sales rep who immediately responded. I have visited, or called, at least five other dealerships in So Cal, and nobody else has come close. 5 GOLD STARS! (she possibly saved a sale!) THANKS SARAH!

Stay away for those location when you going there you try and buy one of Car everything is OK yes yes yes we can help you no problem I make a deal with 60 month. I didn’t know they’re gonna changing on the sign agreement when I came home. I checked the sign agreement the writing 70 month they are cheating. This is not right. and also I leave my lease Car there the sellers guys I told him they’re gonna send me any bill about for those car. He says no don’t worry. Nothing is gonna be happening after couple months Mercedes-Benz financing service calling you have $2000 bill you have to pay. !!! This is almost 2 years. Nothing help. Nothing gonna change still my car on the 70 month finance and also they’re sending me to $2000 for collection.

I brought my car to Mercedes Benz of Anaheim on Saturday, August 10th because the lug bolts/nuts on the rear wheels (2 on each wheel) are damaged. About 4 hours later I sat down with my service advisor, Lauren Soto and her Supervisor, David Ranciglio to discuss what the technician found after the diagnostic. They told me all the rear lug bolts/nuts and both rear wheel hubs need to be replaced. They also told me the technician also checked the 10 front lug bolts/nuts and they are fine. My response to them was I know that the 10 front lug bolts are good. However, when I picked up my car on Wednesday, August 14th, I noticed all 10 front lug bolts were replaced as well. I knew and am okay with having the 10 rear lug bolts and the 2 wheel hubs replaced. However, I am not okay with Mercedes Benz of Anaheim replacing the 10 front bolts without my permission. It does not matter if the technician recommended to replace the front bolts as well, this is my car, not Mercedes Benz of Anaheim's car! This dealership cannot be trusted! Furthermore, they overcharged me for the parts. They gave me a discount on the parts, but even with the discount the total cost for the parts is still $457.08 more. The cost for each wheel hub with bearings is $310 (at retail price) plus tax is $334.03. The cost for each lug bolt/nut is $10 (at retail price) plus tax is $10.78. The total cost for the 2 wheel hubs with bearings at retail price plus tax is $668.06. The total cost for the 20 lug bolts/nuts (should have been only 10 bolts) at retail price plus tax is $215.60. So, the total cost for all the parts is $883.56. But, this dealership charged me $1,340.64 for them. Once again, this dealership cannot be trusted!

My EV experienced some minor problem lately. It is due for the first annual service anyway. So I took the car to the dealer and told the service technician that a red warning message popped up saying that the drive system is idle and the drive motors wont start. This happened twice after the car was fully charged overnight. He told me thst you or the driver probably accidentally touch one of the buttons on the steering wheel and made it switching to the idling position. Thank god that it is not a malfunction.

Roger did an excellent job of arranging a courtesy vehicle prior to bringing my vehicle in for warranty work. It was also generous of him to provide a free battery replacement although my new car warranty had expired. Overall very satisfied with Roger & Mercedes Benz of Anaheim.

I had my engine gasket resealed and also fixed a transmission fluid leak mid August. I had gotten a quote from my regular Northern California dealer, but since I was down in Southern California and the car was generating faint white smoke while I was driving through the grapevine. It was my first time at this dealership and they impressed me in availability, price and timely service.
Ms Fiona was the technician assigned to me and she was very clear, detailed and accommodating on getting me some service discounts too.
It’s been 2 weeks and no issues so far.

Exceptional service and outcome at Mercedes Benz of Anaheim again! They are friendly, professional, very knowledgeable. I worked with Kellin and Mike D. on my window replacement, and they were so courteous and kind. They located the correct windshield and had it installed without any challenges. My car was returned quickly and in immaculate condition. I also appreciate their help with my insurance, which was challenging. 10 out of 10 score!
