I can't get them to answer a phone during stated business hours. The clutch kit I bought is advertised as fitting my truck, but the bolt holes on the flywheel are more than half an inch further apart than what my truck requires. For an $800 clutch kit, I expected brains behind it. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

This is what I wrote to McLeod:::::: I’d hope this would find someone of concern. History, I’m a 59 year old car enthusiast, and have been buying McLeod parts since 1980. I recently bought a part MCL – 75105 and it had a failed throw out bearing. I called and spoke to somebody regarding covering labor from my mechanic from the failed part and you guys do not cover that. I do understand that, but I also wanted to let you know that this will end a relationship of 43 years and I will never buy any of your product ever again. I will also let people know in the car community of the incident that I had experienced with your product. Thanks for for the past parts that I have that didn’t fail. FYI … product only had 500 miles to use on it and it was making a lot of noise. Come to find out that the McCloud products are made in China.

Absolutely horrible I have called 3 days in a row to get a price even emailed them.when you do get a hold of someone there first language isn't English like the sub out incoming calls to people at home.its bad when you can't get a hold of a business this large I guess I will go to black magic clutches for my needs from now on.the owner of mcleod should be ashamed of the service his business provides.if you like being on hold and no one ever picking up the phone mcleod is for you.

Horrible company. Had my flywheel for 4 weeks. Messed up my flywheel when they resurfaced it. Then took another 4 weeks to give it back to me, only to tell me to take it somewhere else to have their mistake fixed.

The customer service is horrible. The repairs are as much as a new clutch. If you have to send in your clutch for repairs just buy a new clutch and sell the old assembly. The turnaround time is insanely too long. All together, buy a RAM clutch, buy a stock clutch or any other brand clutch, stay away from this clutch brand.

Have had several of their clutch kits for my car and customers cars, and I am really pleased with the quality and the performance of the kits. Customer service is also great!

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION!I bought a hydraulic clutch conversion kit from them and it was advertised as fitting my car. It did not.I finally called in and the guy told me that the engineer who designed it was right there with him, so I asked to speak with him. He said okay and then put me on hold for 15 minutes. He finally came back and said that "no, the engineer wouldnt talk to me, but that it wouldnt fit unless I purchased a $500 mount from another car and did fab work". So I did what they said, and there's no way it could ever work. Now it can't be returned. The part was inferior, molded plastic, junk, which cost $400, plus an additional $500, and 15 hours of fab time.I called to speak to the owner, because their website is riddled with boasts of their unparalleled service. The receptionist said that although he was heavily involved with the company, I couldnt speak with him.I own two, well known, busy hot rod forums and several of my members have reported the same. Obviously, the Google users here confirm.Im a semi-retired consumer affairs inspector for the government, and I have 35 years of experience in resolving consumer issues. If I can't get a business to respond, then they're simply a lost cause.Mc Leod sucks and they care nothing for anyone but themselves.

First off I cannot even believe they call this a company, I had first bought the rxt clutch for a mustang gt, had the clutch in and it started with problems, called McLeod after the break in period and was told to put another 100 miles on the car before taking it out, put another 100 miles on and it never got any better, took the clutch out and sent it off to McLeod, got an email stating they did a complete rebuild of the clutch, got the clutch back and they didn’t do a single thing to it, not only that they forgot to put the pressure plate bolts and flywheel bolts back in the box, never again or anyone I know will ever be buying one of their clutches again, if your reading this and thinking about buying one of their clutches this should be your warning to never buy from them.

Purchased an 11 inch super street pro clutch and the 11 inch lightened billet flywheel for my 02 gt. Paid to have it installed because of bbk longtubes the kmember needs to be dropped. Got it back drove it just over 600 miles never once going over 4k never once a hard shift never once a burnout. I drove all these miles in the city and shifted the car up and down to be sure it was broken in the best way possible. Decided to rev it up and drop the clutch for a burnout and o
