We went with the intention. to purchase a Vehicle got all the Paper work done and my brother in law was going to put down a good amount for down payment and the this dealer wouldn't take the correct amount out of the debit card and loss the sale

I purchased a car from Hertz's Honolulu location over two months ago. They have not provided a title. I suspect that with the bankruptcy Hertz no longer has titles for their vehicles.
