Barely a place of businessHighly unprofessionalIf you must deal with these liars and swindlers, make sure you take pictures of your rental car to avoid being charged for damage you didn’t cause or a cleaning fee, and expect there to be at least some issues with the car.If you have to deal with this locations staff, expect rudeness, dishonesty and disrespect from a group of people who Hertz/Lyft should be ashamed to be represented by.Would give zero stars out of five if possible.They know full well they their customers are people who are down and out and vulnerable so they can act however they want.

Jose is always helpful, he has great customer service and is so attentive and caring about customer needs. He is always informative on the car information and no matter how busy this place gets he will get you out as fast as possible.If you have any questions you can count on him!

Nico and kiara helped me get my car real quick. They give the best customer service compared to other places. Ask for them if you need help quick. Also take In consideration that when their busy, they need time to process your information. I give them a 10+ Rating. Thank You for all the help.

I had previously made an appointment at 10am It is 11:46am and still waiting I came earlier than 10.I was told that if I leave I will get a call when it’s my turn, a person who came after me is being helped because I was not called when it was my turn.At least 7 people waiting including myself.If they are this busy on a regular Tuesday why not hire more people? One person To take care of it all is just not productive.And the one person doing the work is really taking her time with it her computer turned off because she wasn’t charging it.Please someone help to hire more people here. ? thank you.?

This was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. I reserved an EV luxury car, and was kept waiting 90 min, then given a filthy car inside and out, with on %16 charge. After charging it at my own cost, I discovered that the CarPlay system didn’t work and the regenerative brakes where lurching — when I returned the car, they still charged me and have no working phone number to call for help.

I made a appointment for 10am to rent a car for Lyft, almost a hour being in there waiting they tell me the car I’m renting won’t be ready till 1230pm…that was really messed up.

Horrible! Worst rental experience ever. Two hour wait to get a car. Car was not drivable. Problem with lurching, regenerative breaking system. Returned car after one hour & charged for a week! Lyft drivers avoid this rental place! Other drivers also waited for hours! Fraudulent business!
