Had a encounter with An associate name and naomi very rude disrespectful Towards customers Very inappropriate behavior not professional. The tone of voice she wad using to speak to me Sounded like she was yelling.m and kept interrupting me nor allowing me to speakI simply, wouldn't there 4 warranty exchange of a controller? But yet they're not taking care of my needs or helping ask to speak to manager. And she said I am manager in a very rude and Condescending way I would now recommend the store. I would not recommend Naomi. For any type of help she's does not try and put in effort to help customers.

Had lunch in the plaza and walked in to just look around, was immediately greeted by Naomi, store was very clean and organized, it's been a very long time since I was in a game stop and while the number of titles is less than I remember they had some decent used games at reasonable prices, I asked about one game the my daughter was looking for and Naomi looked it up, sadly it was not available anywhere locally but she offered to order it and have it shipped to my house. Overall a very nice shop to visit.

Ever since the new manager Naomi came, this store has been falling down hill. Every few months or there are new associates. GameStop has fallen down hill in general. Apparently all the points you saved up you cannot use to purchase gift cards even though GS policy says I can use on anything in the store, points also just get depleted if you don't use them (sucks cause you can't save them anymore for a game you want), oh and their rewards program went from $15 to $25

The associate Naomi was very nice and super helpful with trying to see why the brand new game I just bought wasn’t working. She took the time to see if we could figure out the issue. Really appreciate her time and effort.

I went to GameStop today to get a stormtrooper AirPod case. The cashier was such a nice guy with great customer service. Taught me a fun fact about the number 3 which was cool. I ended up getting a 3 pack of Pokémon cards afterward and don't regret it. They were at a great price and new. This GameStop always has what I need and the cashiers are so helpful and kind. Thank you to Joshua for making me feel so welcomed in the GameStop. Ended up getting really good cards and a shiny card thanks to him. I will be coming again! :)

I used to go to gamestop all the time but now they have just been basically scamming people which is not okay. The customer service is terrible and the prices are higher than competitors. Walmart and Target charge less than Gamestop. On top of that I personally went in store to purchase a brand new copy of Luigi's Mansion 3 and when I got home I noticed the game was a resealed game and not a brand new copy. I paid $60 for a resealed game but luckily I went in and management gave me an actual new copy. This was the most recent bad service they provided for me. Don't go to Gamestop. Walmart sells brand new switch games for $49.99 and they aren't constantly trying to shove used games down your throat. Overall worst Gamestop ever.

I called last night 15min before closing just to check they had celebration series tins. I was told there were 4 in stock, so I went there right at open the next day since I wouldn't make it before closing the night before. The guy behind the counter tried to tell me they were sold out! And then he pretended to rifle around and found one?! If there were 4 last night and it's a purchase limit of 1 how can you be "sold out"! I'm pretty sure they're just keeping them and reselling
