The jr high and elementary department of Fairmont is excellent! I cannot say enough great things about it. The jr high (and elementary) I feel, cares genuinely about their students and offers so much opportunities for them. We thoroughly enjoyed, and still rave, about this campus to everyone we know. Thank you HAC for being a foundation for my child, and all children, to thrive in. We really hope the high school follows your expectations

We are familiar with, and attended other private schools in Orange County, but only Fairmont Historic Anaheim in 2021 can brag about being first place across the whole state in Academic Pentathalon, won 1st place Nationally in Super Quiz, and second place Nationally overall. Students also take first place for Orange County Science and Engineering, compete in Fine Arts, can take Spanish and Mandarin language choices. Fairmont Schools are always a grade level ahead of public schools, and even more advanced now because of the effects on schools from the pandemic. Fairmont was able to adapt and provide in person learning without incident. As a parent, I strongly recommend Fairmont private schools.

Review from a Fairmont Prep 2013 alumni: Fairmont Prep changed my life! I have so many wonderful memories of kind hearted, passionate teachers, friends and mentors. From the ASB field trips and activities like travel week to the incredible discussions in my IB classes, I had the best time! At Fairmont, I learned to love learning for the sake of learning, due to the wonderful teachers who inspired me, and for that I'm infinitely grateful. This love of learning was what essentially opened the doors for me at Yale University, and for a lifetime of learning. I'll be forever grateful to Mr. Duvall (AP European History), Mr. Wheeler (IB Philosophy), Mr. Hatfield (IB English), and Ms. Leslie (AP Environmental Science). They're truly one-in-a-million teachers and role models. Because of them, I learned how to think critically and creatively. I absolutely loved the IB program, which was very unique and gave me the perfect foundation for my major in Cognitive Science. It also greatly helped me develop my writing and reading skills. Overall, the multicultural environment, interdisciplinary classes, and class discussions without a doubt helped me to succeed at Yale. At Fairmont, I also had the support of all my teachers and counselors outside of academics. When I started an organization for low-income students, several of my teachers and staff members supported me in creating, improving, and spreading the organization. Thus, with both the academic and extracurricular support I received at Fairmont, I had the tools not just to succeed myself but also to help many others in my community, and to be named a 2013 Orange County Top graduate. Thank you Fairmont!

Like many parents over the course of the last year making decisions for the safety of our family during this pandemic has been paramount. The school we were enrolled in, we felt, did not have our son's best interests at heart. Though a lot of research and heartache we found ourselves at the doors of The Historic Anaheim Fairmont Private School. From the moment we made contact we were treated with a sense of compassion and care. We were listened to and our concerns taken seriously. This campus has gone above and beyond for their students during this pandemic, being a family that needed to shelter but wanting the best for our son who was just starting Kindergarten we were offered a Virtual "Zoomer" option. This has been fantastic. His teacher is in complete control of the entire class, they are engaged, actively listening and working. We have seen our son makes so many huge improvements in his reading, writing, and maths skills. It is like he is sat in the classroom with his classmates. The technology that the school has invested in is incredible. It is easy to forget that he is not actually in the classroom! Every teacher and administer that we have had contact with are caring, genuine and so professional. We knew what a big move we were making moving schools not only during the school year, but during a global pandemic - we were nervous that our son would not feel settled or make friends. He has done both without problem, we are looking forward to the day when he can walk onto campus for his first day as a "Roomer". We cannot highly recommend Historic Anaheim Campus enough, for a family that has limited contact every time we are at material pick up or at school for special events every teacher knows our son's name. If you are considering this school I promise you will not regret your decision you will only wonder why you didn't make the move sooner - I know we are!

This is our 10th year at Fairmont and both of my kids began at the age of 2. When looking for a school there were many important factors of where my child (at the time we only had my daughter) would spend most of her days. -We wanted the school to be academically challenging. -We wanted our child to grow up with families and children with equivalent educational values. -The development and social skills at a young age was important. Mrs. Lugo, our director is passionate about her position and it definitely shows. She makes every effort to maintain a happy and healthy learning atmosphere. Mrs. Lugo's leadership and passion is evident in her communication with the students and parents. My daughter who is in middle school is getting prepared not just for high school but for college and beyond. The education is apparent with the choice of vocabulary words used in every day conversations. My kids look forward to going to school and spending the day with their teachers who make learning fun. Watching my kids blossom in academic growth has made the investment well worth it. Lastly, the Covid crisis was handled extremely well with professionalism and urgency. We couldn't be happier with all the rules put in place to make our children's health safe. I highly recommend Fairmont.

In my first year of teaching at this campus, I am floored by the support and care of all faculty, staff, and parents. Everyone on campus creates such a warm and inviting environment for learning to foster. Teachers do a great job at blending roomers and zoomers - allowing online and in-class learning to still be so engaging. Truly one of the best schools I have ever worked at.

I was lucky enough that my parents sent me to Fairmont. It really set the foundation for years of academic achievement in the future. Beyond that, the values like kindness, hard work, and diversity that the school instills in its students is priceless

I went to this school from 1980 through 1989. Kindergarten through With Grade. Caring and thorough teachers educated me along the way. I am still in contact with fellow classmates.

I have a favorable impression of the school, the teachers and the caliber of the students during my time as an immersion instructor. Even the food is good. If I were to have one criticism, it's that the students of the various ethnic groups tend to hang out closely together and not branch out so much. Maybe this is just their comfort zone. But the teachers are highly qualified and do their best to integrate students into whatever activities they choose to join. If I were a parent, I would feel comfortable sending my child to Fairmont. It's a good institution.
