I was there today to some inner tubes and some patches. When I was buying them I asked because I'm a Veteran if they offer Military discount? The clerk told me if I am asking for a discount then the government is doing me wrong. I must say I felt offended! He made me feel like I was asking for a handout. He could have just said no we don't offer Military discount but thank you for your service. I should have taken my business else where. I won't be going back there.

I strongly recommend this local gem! Quick, professional, and friendly service! Needed a tube replaced, walked out with that done, a spare tube, and a tool and tips to keep the wheels rolling. Great shop and better service.

New to this town,went in bright and early because I had a bad rear hub and I needed my bike back on the road because it’s important for my career field . These people did some crazy work and replaced my whole rear hub, spokes and greatly improved my ride quality. Friendly staff, knowledgeable bike experts,great work, and attention to details are off the charts. Definitely will be back soon and will be doing weekly checkups on my bike . Also they work is definitely worth the price and value !!!

I visited shop based on good reviews but i was regretting due to the bad behavior and rude customer services as well as the price of bike parts more expensive as not expected.

These guys are amazing. My cruiser is my mode of transportation around the area and it needs repairs fairly often. They’re quick, reliable and knowledgeable in what they do. Never have had a single problem with services or repairs from them.

Stroller tire went flat at Disneyland. They had it fixed with a new inner tube in less than 3 minutes. Amazing service, very affordable, great people!

I came with my electric bike to only adjust the handlebar, the guy was super rude, he said they don't fix electric bike which it's ok , but he didn't even let me talk or explain he was jus keep cutting me off , please don't fix your bike in this shop, there coustmer service is Zero.

I called to simply ask if they fixed bent rims because I bent the rim on my electric unicycle and from the start it sounded like the man did not want to talk to me but I tried to sound friendly because I wasn't sure if they had the tools or the skills to do what I had in mind. They said yes they fixed bent rims but the moment I said electric he completely shut me down and said " no, no electric" and I said "oh nothing electric" and I didn't get a response back so I hung up. The whole interaction just felt like someone was just dealing with working there and felt very hostile just from a simple phone call. Hopefully people see this to avoid the shop because if you can't even sound even remotely nice on the phone then there's zero chance in person.
