I come yesterday to buy a battery connector and I was in line ready to pay and this short lady with blonde hair didn't even ask if I was ready or anything! Till I say can please pay for this! Then she said YES HERE with really bad attitude! Real bad customer service at this store on Anaheim Blvd! DO NOT GO HERE

I always go there to buy some parts and tooļs.tools But the service at this store was a little bit rude. I cud'nt return an tool because they didn't Wana bother themselves working with the computer.

I wish I can give 0 stars to this location. Jose gave me the worst experience ever as a customer. He refused to look up an item I requested. I bought an item at a competitor and wanted to explore options but he stated that I was stupid to buy the item and that I shouldn't have purchased the item from the competitor in the first place. Who criticizes their customers with decision making? I went through the reviews of this location's Autozone and I believe some are fake reviews. Its either these reviews are fake or Jose likes to discriminate and treat women nice only. What is up with that? Autozone needs to immediately fire Jose.

I decided to drive 25 min from my house to this location because I spoke to Jose on the phone and he was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I went in and Daiquan trippled checked my charging system to make sure I needed exactly what he suggested!!! He definitely went above and beyond. They took away so much stress and I was able to get the part I need to get back on the road again!!! These guys are mind blowing amazing and extremely helpful!!!

Would have been 5 star if the employee working would have been more open minded to helping my brother his wife an myself after asking if they carried a certain product that we have been using from auto zone corporation for years and the two employees working at this specific AutoZone were admit on saying it was closing in 5 minutes when there was 15min until 10pm and that they don't carry the product nor never carries the eagles one aerosol interior detailing spray and that they need to close up the store. So for that is why I could have given a 5 but instead 3 sounds about the lien side of positive because I've been to worse AutoZone

Worst customer service from the manager I’m looking for a part and he wasn’t helpful at all.Tuesday Dec,12 at 2:04pm leaving the day I was here so AutoZone can look into it and find out who this guy is and fired him.

Paid $147.99 for MAF sensor. Gave a vehicle information. Bought the part feeling they looked it up it had to be right part. Wasn’t correct sensor. Trusted they gave me correct sensor. Through my auto repair shop who looked part up and said they gave me the wrong part. Since I trusted them to be right sensor I installed it. I called them but they basically said I installed it so nothing they can do. Email to corporate has been sent. Avoid this place

Selective Customer Service!Waited in line to ask for a battery check, while waiting in line, two employees arguing about how a customer was helped, or not helped...right in front of the customer I might add. Then got to me, I asked for the battery check, was asked to step aside and wait a few while they cleared the line. Line was cleared, then the guy I spoke with opted to leave the register to help a female customer find a product. So I went to see if anyone else was available...everyone at the registers was gone.Let's see if I get better service somewhere else.One Star for getting that line down decently fast

I can't say enough about how much I appreciate the customer service from Jose and Daniel. They went above and beyond what I expected. It was late in the evening, and I needed to check my battery after getting it jumped. Daniel tested my battery, which was bad, so I needed a new one. I explained that I knew how to change a battery but that I was from out of town and had no tools. They told me I could borrow some tools, then, without me even having to ask, they removed the old battery and installed the new one . Jose had Daniel also run a full diagnostic and checked my fluid levels to make sure it was safe for me to drive home. I feel confident that I will drive home safely, and they really helped with the amount of stress I had after feeling paniced when my car didn't start before I went to Autozone. Thank you, thank you, Jose and Daniel

As the other review states it's true they will not help with car battery installation, even if your car is dead in their parking lot. They are so unhelpful & no good customer service. Do not go to this location !!!

I bought a ignition coil that i keep replacing very often but the old model didn’t come with the Duralast engraving and the lady manager refused to keep changing and stop honoring the warranty . The brand new Duralast ignition coils I installed only lasted 30 days. Who cares if part has a lifetime warranty if you have to swap it out every week, month, or year. JUNK!! .The guys think they are mechanic and said that it was my electrical system but I didn’t have the problem anymore once I bought NGK coils

Jose was extremely helpful and helping me find the right tire shine. That would make my tires pop. He’s incredibly hard-working and knows his way around the shop in and out.
