Worst customer service ever!!!! Be warned! The arrogant middle easteners have a nasty selfish complaining like attitude to their customers. I once was a penny short. I asked the guy behind me if I could borrow a penny. Next day I come I to buy a drink and then the service rep. Tells me to get out of the store. At first I thought he thought I stole something. And then he tells me that I know why I'm being kicked out. And then he tells me because I asked other customers for money. Okay..... Wow! It was only one penny short. Since then they make it a point make sure myself along with many others who did something as small as take up too much of their time away from their phones while on the clock they'll kick out. Yeah, this circle k is the WORST branch I could have never even imagined it being so bad!!!!

I’ve been in this area for years now and for some reason I can’t really get with this location. The cashiers and owner is very rude. I walked in today and greeted them and no one said anything just looked me in my face. So I looked her in her eyes and caught myself from letting her know how I really felt. I really needed the gas so it took everything in my power to not leave. But I’m saying this to say that this store is awful with communication. I don’t know if they’re not happy with their jobs or the color of my skin. Not sure. But please be cautious shopping here.

The old working at 3am outside smoking at the front door was extremely rude I said good morning 3 times he ignored me which of fine but then when I went to the counter before I can even sit my cup down he goes coffee 189 so I asked him to scan my app he quickly flashed the thing at my phone and said no discount but I saw he didn’t really scan it for real so I asked him to scan it again because I had rewards so he raised his voice at me yelling NO DISCOUNT NO DISCOUNT as he angrily scan my app again TURNS OUT like I said he didn’t even scan my app the first time. I said thank you and he just stared at me then walked off to go finish his cigarette. Like why are you so rude for no reason?

I've been coming to this ampm for quite awhile and it has it's ups and downs my recent trip was to get pepsi from the soda fountain and when I press the button and the syrup splattered and the cashier told me they ran out also everytime I come there the soda sometimes tasted flat and the ice melts faster there are times where I tasted more syrup then the soda could someone please inspect the soda fountain before the customers buy your sodas from the soda fountain

This was my absolute last time coming to this location I've never been treated with such disrespect the person working tonight is the first time I see him the regular man that works nightshift is a sweetheart but u know the saying one bad apple spoils the bunch I failed to get his name but u can call and join me on filing a complaint if u feel it was wrong what he did. Tonight 12-28-22 at around 2am I stopped to get gas some cookies and an ice cup wich I've gotten a gazillion times and I always get charged as an ice cup wich the size I got 22oz should be 69 cents it's clearly posted where u get the ice it has all the prices this man to begin with looked like someone had pissed him off before me or it was because around 2am they close for a certain amount of time and he got upset cause I got in between that regardless he charges the ice cup as a regular drink when I bring it to he's attention he starts to debate me I tell him I don't want it he change his demeanor and start running his mouth I'm disable and using crutches at the cashier they don't have nothing to hold on too meanwhile I'm getting my card out and punching the numbers one of my crutches is tapping the counter he tells me to stop that I ignore him because he knows I'm resting the crutch next to the counter top but at this point he is just looking for an excuse he canceled my order and said to get out we got into some words wich that in itself is very inappropriate unprofessional for a worker that his job is to attend to the customers in a respectful cordial manner this guy lost his composure and the worst part is what happened next the door was locked I couldn't get out he kept me against my will for a good few minutes wich felt like an eternity because he kept repeating run away laughing go ahead run away hahaha! Finally he opens the door and I let him know he's making fun of a disabled person I told him the cameras are recording he kept laughing saying the cameras don't pick up audio and still kept repeating run away due to an amputation I'm using crutches Finally I got to my car and left I had to drive on empty risking my car was gonna stall on me the closest gas station was some distance away. Please help address this issue to the higher upper they need to address this issue they cannot discriminate against disabled people race or color he did all of thee above if someone knows what to do in a situation like this feel free to message me thank you

This gas station Customer service, isn’t taking care of handicap people, they have 3 persons workin right now, and they have the right to said no help when in a gas station is only one worker at the time.I did ask for someone to help me to put gas on my vehicle. First thing, this guy doesn’t need to ask me WHY I need help, twice… my condition is obvious… I can’t walk very well, and my hands are with a lot of deformity, you only need to see me to know how bad I’m. And second thing is embarrassing to have to show him my hands only to tell me, no one can help. I really will like that people there or in other places just help without asking WHY… if some one needs help is for a reason.This guy really make me feel bad.People do not deserve to deal with this kind of person… No empathy… No sense.I only said thanks to him, and that I will go to other place, he just answer OK

Not sure why there is a separation in Google Maps of this business from Arco. This is part of Arco and the same employees attend the fuel station, store and car wash. The customer service isn’t all that great, minimal at its best. Restrooms are mostly closed for customers. There is room for improvement.

I wish I could give 0 star. I went here on July 19 to buy beer. I brought 3 pack of 24 oz beer which I paid $10.01. The sales guy never asked if I needed a bag or not while checking out. Later I realized I needed a bag then I asked for a bag and he asked for 10 cents. Since I had no cash I had to pay with Apple Pay.I went home and I found I've been charged $18.67 for a one plastic bag. I believe he did wrong charge intentionally. I immediately called him and told me to meet the manager tomorrow morning. Next morning I went to the store and after waiting long time my issue was addressed and he gave me a copy of both transactions and told me to be refunded after seeing the video. But still no refund and no response yet. These people are not doing a business, literally they are looting to customer especially at night time. Be careful doing business here.

I'm updating this review because I think I'm the last review I jumped the gun the man that works here he's very cordial and respectful I guess that day he was going on break but he just didn't say nothing just lock the doors but anyways this place is not that bad I might as one star but that's because other bums that are outside other than that no problem I already been here a couple times since the last review so if you don't mind the homeless then you going to be okay

We parked in the lot next to the gas station so we could go across the street and indulge in an ice cream treat. It was Sunday and very busy around this area so parking was a bit scarce. I went inside to buy our office pool Lottery tickets and the cashier gave me a bit of an attitude when I was checking the total amount. Some cashiers make a mistake on the total cost so I always double check, Dude relax.
