I went inside to pay with cash for my pump. When I went back to my car the gas stopped .35 before the full amount I provided. (I paid thirty and the pump stopped at 29.65). They charged my CASH PAYMENT as DEBIT so they could cheat me out of some change. I wonder how many times they’ve done this, stolen from their customers for a quick profit.

I got off an 11-hour train ride and went to grab some food, as there’s no food places near the train station and this ampm was on my way. I pulled out my EBT card to pay and the cashier started laughing and said, “I knew it! I knew it! We don’t take EBT! Get the HELL out of here” excuse me?! I was so taken aback. That was completely unnecessary but incredibly telling that you think people who need EBT are beneath you. Humble yourself before God does it for you. Don’t be so quick to judge others.

This location has one of the cheapest gas prices around when you pay via cash (comparable to Costco). They also accept card, but there's always that extra .10/gal fee. The reason for the lower stars is because of the lack of defined lanes to the gas pump. Since the line to wait is disorganized, I usually see cars line up on both sides of the pump station. This causes an issue as to which side gets the right to the gas pump first? I usually go here during non-peak hours to avoid the line issue. A random note is that this station doesn't sell lottery tickets!?

Eh...I knew I had to write this review at some point.Yes, the Arco here has the cheapest gas on this side of the orange crush and I do suggest it to folks driving in and out to Disneyland. However, crowds to line up for gas can get hectic and some people here are just rude. I only been to the AmPm inside once because sometimes the credit card reader will not pick up or read your card. Sometimes using a different card helps. I really didn't need the cashier at the AmPm to talk down to me when I needed $50 in my tank. Yes, gas is affordable here but you kinda have to deal with crowds and risk poor customer service to get cheap gas.

they have chinese owners and a chinese manager who tried to fight an old cripled guy who couldnt find a crossant the was advertised on thr app he was cussing at that customer saying F-ck youthen followd him outside saying come over here its off camera 2 .⁶

I was having the most wonderful day when I decided to stop by to pump air in my tires. I went to the store to talk to the attendant and was met with a women who appeared calm and beautiful, like me. But goodness gracious i've never met somebody with so much unprecedented anger, attitude and repulsiveness. Customer service is worse then trash here.

My car was almost out of gas and I pulled into this station. My roadside assistance couldn't help me because I was at the station already. When I was asking for help the manager or owner was very rude and disrespectful. When I retorted he hid behind his security guard and continued to be rude I will never go there again

This gas station and there employees are disgusting I went to purchase gas my gas pump wasn't working I went in and told the attendant she was super rude and left me standing there without having any help then a guy proceeds to walk out of the back and she tells him go help her pump is not working he walks outside so I follow behind him thinking he's going to fix my pump but instead he goes and empties out the trash cans so I proceed to move my car to pump 11 since pump it wasn't working I went inside to let the attendant know that I move pumps and she proceeded to tell me that somebody stoled my gas when that was very much a lie because I was looking at pump eight and nobody was there I asked for the manager and she proceeded to tell me that I would have to wait a few days because the manager was not there mind you I had no gas my gas light was on and oh well there's nothing they can do about it but take your money . I really hope that that lady with the glasses who works at the cash register really needed that money more than I did because at the end of the day you can continue to take what's not yours and your karma is going to be a b**** !!!

Unacceptable behavior from one of the employees "Alejandra, that's all." She decided to play games because while being on a a rush to get home to my kids after working for 10 hours and feed them dinner, I did not stay straight in front of her to listen to the last word she said and I "walked out on" her. I kept going to my pump 3 times to pump gas and the cash that she took from me was not assigned to my pump. She said she has assigned it to a different pump and that she repeated the number to me, but I didn't listen to her, which is not true because all the pumps were busy and someone would have used my cash at that pump. After she pushed all my buttons by repeating to me the wrong pump while I was speaking very loudly to the point where I have to yell the pump number to her, I came back to see one of her colleagues with the cash in his hand telling me they have the right to refuse service because I was rude. Very passive-aggressive behavior from this employee. I was mad for a few moments and then I just felt so sorry for her, because I wasn't the reason she was behaving like that. I know her life experience and the way she was brought up triggered her actions. Regardless, she was not a playground but in a working environment and as an employee, she should know how address a perceived issue in an acceptable manner. I hope she will find peace in her life, and not live it as someone is out to get her. Good luck!

I filled up my car with gas here and a rude employee didnt let me use a restroom knowing that everything else around was closed and i am an hour away from home. I hope he is stranded like this in the middle of a city with nowhere to go to the bathroom and craps his pants! Karma you j*** face!

Feb 15 @ 4:00 I experience such shitty customer service from a Hispanic women cashier with curly hair wearing a Barbie sweatshirt. This is my local gas station that I get gas from regularly and never had someone that was so unhelpful. 1. I never had to pay for air other employees were always helpful 2. Even when I was willing to pay she told me that she can't open her register to get me quarters 3. She knew I can pay for air with a card but DID NOT SUGGEST that option till I asked 4. I decided to buy something because the machine wasn't working. She then ask if I needed a receipt and I said no because I didn't want a receipt for a bag of candy that I didn't even want but what pissed me off is that she failed to tell me that I need the receipt because there's a code at the bottom for air. I only found out because there was a nice gentleman who told me about the code at the bottom of the receipt. I suggest this gas station hires someone more helpful because it shouldn't be this difficult to get something as simple as "air" or help. she obviously hates her job and it shows. And looking at the yelp reviews at this gas station other customers have complained about her as well.

Security EXTREMELY RUDE. We get out of our car to go into the store, and this “employee” walks past us to yell to put on a mask to come into the store. We are a little puzzled as to why she is yelling at us for putting on a mask before getting close to entering the store. We then walk to the doors and she locks the doors and puts the store is closed sign. She then proceeds to go to her car and sit in it and be on her phone. Granted this place is supposed to be open 24 hours. This is the WORST customer experience I have ever seen in my life and will never be going here again. If ownership sees this, i would suggest hiring new security. Security guard that was on duty is a blonde girl with tattoos on her neck. If your goal is to lose business this is definitely the best way to do it.
