They are definitely bad! Ive been on the phone 3 days trying to fill my mothers prescription. We set up a phone appointment and the doctor agreed to send her prescription over to the pharmacy. I told the doctor her insurance will not cover brand names and to allow generic medications if needed. Her insurance didn't cover the brand name and the doctor didn't indicate to allow generics so her insulin was not given to her. I call the next morning and they say they will send the prescription over right away. 1st they sent it to the wrong pharmacy, then they finally send it to the correct one without a dosage, so again they are unable to fill it. I call & they say the department is close and I would need to call Monday to speak to someone. It was Friday! Why would a doctor send a prescription over without a dosage???? & instead of having a doctor on staff give a dosage they say my mother would have to go to urgent care!! She's going to be in a diabetic coma thanks to them! This is so ridiculous. I would never recommend anyone going to there facilities!!! EVER!! 3 DAYS TRYING TO GET HER PRESCRIPTION AND UNABLE TO!!! I can only imagine they elder people that have no one to look after them & going to a facility like this!?

Really great Alta med location compared Santa Ana. My doctor Amelia Taut was well informing with all the stuff I needed to know about my stomach issue and ordered me lots of different testing I have not done in a while. She seemed to understand that what has been going on with my stomach was not normal. So she really told me she wanted to me to do my testing first to see what is going on with me. Which vs. In Santa Ana it’s more of a in N out visit. Great place will be coming back.Also I got a instant diabetes test at this location which is really cool and never knew it existed.

"It's probably the easiest doctor's visit ever. The service is top-notch, and all the doctors are ready to do whatever it takes, true professionals. And what's interesting is that if you compare it with Ukrainian state clinics, it's not just night and day; it's completely different. When you go to see a doctor in Ukraine, you have to pay for everything each time. Here, you can sit back, relax, thank them for taking care of everything. And what's really fascinating is that American medicine is geared towards preventing illness. They've scheduled appointments with the doctor every three months for us, just to check our teeth and prevent cavities. So, the focus here is on preventing illness."

My comment is to know if there are more patients who have a bad experience with Dr. Donal Maldonado, according to the clinic, it was my first complaint to him, something that I don't think he treated me the worst by telling my 12-year-old son to teach me to speak English, that I was lucky that That group will have funds from the government to pay for translators who, being of Latin parents, come to Mexico and do not need to speak Spanish, what is that doctor's service called? According to the doc, he doesn't speak Spanish, it made me feel like the worst day of my life. I cried like you have no idea. Last year, I still had the same child because I have two so he could freeze some pimples in his hands. He didn't want to take care of them. He said it was the dermatologist's job and he said. How did they allow them to go to school like that? I don't understand their racist and arrogant way. I and my children are from a pediatrician. Please, if there are more patients treated by him, let me know that he shouldn't continue there with children. I'm very affected. I'm studying. I left school early. without breakfast to take my son to his appointment to go and have a bad day

It is my first time going to this place, I really recommend it, the nurses and doctors at the reception are very friendly, a very quiet place, the way they are organized very well, they answer any question you want to know, they do their job as much as possible. Fast and best as possible, Dr. Yonnie Jo, excellent people, thank you for the trust that everyone gives you, so that you feel at home.

The truth is that the care is very bad, you are very sick and you feel bad. If you go to the doctor it is because you don't feel bad, you don't want to go and look at the clinic. I felt terrible, they gave me a medication that wasn't helping me. They give pills, they never give other professional medications that help the patient and then I felt terrible and then I called and they gave me a medical appointment over the phone and you know what that doctor who gave me over the phone at that medical appointment only gave me Robitussin and pills that can be bought without a doctor's prescription, that's what he prescribed for me. They are pills that can be bought without a doctor's prescription, so what's the point of having an appointment with a doctor with them in the clinic if they're going to prescribe it to you, they're going to giving one medicine that one can buy without a prescription, it is not worth playing like that with a patient's health, if one puts oneself in their hands, it is because they are professionals. They studied for that to save lives, not because they are not interested in the life of the patient. patient, that's why I'm telling you, I had that very bad experience with that clinic, I don't recommend it at all.
