AltaMed has great service at their clinics, and their pharmacy at this location is no exception. I have been a member for over 12 years, have had the best doctor my favorite doctor ever, and this pharmacy also has the BEST staff anywhere. They are efficient, kind, caring and professional.. a fairly young group but on top of their game. Exceptional!!!!

Altamed is by far the worst healthcare network. There pharmacy is no exception. Who calls 5 minutes before closing that they have meds available on a Saturday for a patient who is still at urgent care ?
And then we can’t transfer medication due to them holding the meds and now we have to wait until Monday for the medications to be picked up.
If you can, please go to a different network. This place extorts their mission of “helping the less fortunate” by providing bottom of the barrel health care.

I went today cause my ankle was bugging me and the Medical assistant that helps the dr at the end of my appointment the nurse practitioner said to put a wrap on my foot so the nurse brings it in and gives it to me and ask if I wanted to put it on I can! I thought they wrap it for you? really thinking of leaving this Altamed clinic !

This review is specifically for the DENTAL unit. I went there and was told I had a cavity. And they tried insisting on using those ugly metal fillings when I told them I only wanted the tooth-colored ones.

No I wouldn't recommend this place as a single parent with a 2 year old for an appointment at 12:00 am with Dr.Emilia Taut , I was on time arrived at 12:05 with little traffic.After signing waiting patiently in line I wasn't welcomed in by The Dr.TAUT but was acknowledged with attitude.I went to go get my kid who mind you was sleeping in the car seat to only get attitude back from a non-professional doctor. Get a career that you're happy about or just don't be a doctor.

Negative stars should be available for AltaMed, not just their medical "practice" but the horrendous pharmacy staff that holds medications hostage and can't be bothered to answer the phone because it's a Saturday and they just don't care. Anthony answered the phone this morning because it's Monday, but he didn't know when exactly they close on Saturday, the phone recording says 1:30pm not 1:00pm as he was so vehemently stating to me. What a joke and not even a good one!

I unfortunately brought my grandpa here a couple days ago and he was misdiagnosed. No surprise to me. AltaMed providers are known to treat you as a number and rush you out. He saw Ms. Bui, a physician assistant (this is AltaMeds game by the way, you never ever ever see a doctor at any of their facilities) THIS IS A FACT! Of course the wait is long, of course you're rushed once the provider comes in and now add misdiagnosing to that list. With how big AltaMed has grown in the last years I would expect better. Starting with the staff! I've been a medical assistant myself for 14 years and now in healthcare management for 4 years and this place is ridiculous. Back office staff comes up to front office to staff to rudely complain about scheduling matters all while, I, the patient, is standing there. Like.... Cmon!! That's not professional at. All. There's a time and place to professionally bring up issues to YOUR TEAM! Front office lady in the middle of the 3 is your typical rude, not interested, attitude person that AltaMed tends to hire over and over. The recruiting dept needs to be replaced in my honest opinion. ANYWAY 2 days later my 80 year old grandpa is in the hospital due to Pneumonia. I've been in urgent care for 10 years of my healthcare career trust me when I say -- you're better off going anywhere else if your insurance allows it!

THIS IS FOR THE DENTAL OFFICE Silvina at the front is the sweetest person! She loves yoda everything haha. She has always been so caring with me and my son. Janet in the back office was so easy to talk to and made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Dao was amazing. She was so friendly and made me feel really comfortable. I'm usually very nervous or embarrassed going in. Thank you!

Suite 200 no recomiendo este lugar ni para tu peor enemigo , aun teniendo cita todavía tienes que esperar un rato pero eso es lo de menos . y yo fui para que me saquen sangre y la enfermera que me toco no tenia experiencia para decir lo menos , me intento 2 veces en mismo brazo y le movía y le movía metía mas la aguja lo movía de un lado a otro y no salía sangre por que no sabe hacer su trabajo, y todavía pregunta ESTA DOLIENDO? "NO DEBERÍA DE DOLER DIJO ", y para justificar su inexperiencia todavía me dice , debería de tomar más agua , yo por respeto hacia las mujeres me aguante y no le dije nada , pero si en la tercera ves pasaba lo mismo ya no lo iva aceptar que lo intente de otra ves , pero en la tercera ves ya después de mover y mover ya agarro sangre . Que no tengas experiencia no es el problema yo entiendo así se aprende ,pero lo que molesta es que la enfermera en ves de hacerse una autocrítica y que pidas disculpas por tus errores es lo más apropiado pero no le eches la culpa al paciente que por que no tomo más agua es la razón de tu enificiencia . Yo no daria ni una Estrella pero tengo que hacerlo para que este review se muestre . Muchas gracias .

Very Dissatisfied with my experience at the urgent care. I let them know upon checking in that I had breathing problems. When I first arrived I was told the wait time was going to be 30 minutes. I recieved a call after that time was up it was going to take another hour. I went to a different urgent care and they took me In right away because of my condition. I will not return to this urgent care. They need quick service and accommodate patients who have more severe medical conditions.
